Thank you SO so much for your patience with us shipping out all the 2,700+ orders!! A ton of stuff behind the scenes + chronic illness did delay shipments back a little further than we expected, but we're all caught up now! I'm currently making my way through our emails, apologies for the lack of updates and not responding to community posts as well :,) I don't get notified when you comment here but I will get back to you as quickly as I can if you email [email protected]!

For the future, we will be switching to using a shipping fullfillment company to ship out all orders on our shops + future campaigns! (this will start early next year, we're holding a small sale on our stores then closing down for the rest of the year as we make the transition) Shipping on our own with the volume of orders we get isn't really feasible physically anymore, so hope this new change will improve shipping times drastically! We greatly appreciate the understanding and patience you've shown us on this campaign <3
You should've received a confirmation email with the tracking on your order to your email inbox, but in case you didn't shoot us an email and we've got you covered :D It's been super cool to see everyone receiving their orders and sharing it with us over on instagram, I've even seen some people wearing our merch out in public a few times!! They're finally here!!! 38 boxes of glass frog ita bags just arrived to us today! We now have every single product in from this campaign, so...
ALL the remaining orders are now set to ship throughout the next 3 or so weeks! We should be completely finished by the end of November! As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive the tracking information to your email. Shipment will begin as soon as next week (to give time for address corrections) and will continue throughout October-November. As an update for the glass frog ita bags, production has finished but it will still be another 25 or so days as they ship overseas to us from our manufacturer! So, any orders including glass frog ita bags will be on hold until late October-November. Thank you all so much for your patience!! Let's finish up these shipments :D
Hello everyone! Apologies for the late update, we've been working constantly over the last two months shipping out orders! We definitely underestimated how much longer bullfrog backpack orders would take to pack compared to any other bag haha. Since we ship them in cardboard boxes instead of polymailers like the smaller bags, they take up way more space in our car as well so taking them to the post office is also much much slower.
Every order we said we'd ship from the last update has gone out, besides about 60 bullfrog backpack orders that are left. A majority of those have even been packaged up, they're now just waiting in the pile at our front door to go to the post office! Thank you so much everyone for your patience!! The rest will be wrapping up packaging and should be shipped before the month is over. (I see that some of you have been leaving posts in the community tab or commenting, apologies for the late replies on those! I don't seem to get email notifications for those, so if you need to contact us please email [email protected]!)
Onto the bug plushie update: All bug plushies have finished production! They are now waiting on the tree frog bags to wrap up production so they can begin their 1 month trip overseas! Estimated to ship in: October Glass frog ita bag update: The front panel of the design was printed on very faintly, so they are currently being re-printed and it will extend the production by at least 20 days. After that, it'll take a bit longer still to assemble all the bags + shipping time. Estimated to ship in: November
So, everything should still be shipping on schedule before or during October as originally estimated during the campaign! (besides ita bags) Reminder that we ship orders as a whole, so if one of your items is in production it is waiting for that to ship.
As for future plans, our upcoming backerkit campaign lauches in just 12 more days! We'll have some new frog related items as well as a restock on most of the stuff from this campaign. Most exciting, the frog fan club cardigan!
