They're small rubber stoppers like your normal pin back, but they have an inset magnet. Most importantly, they will not damage your pin posts and they will stick to any magnetic surface. You bet I have some on my car.

In my not so scientific testing, these black backs can hold about 32 grams per back! This was equal to one pin for a 2 mm thick 3" soft enamel pin. This of course is dependent on where your backs are and how big your pin is, you may need more for balance not just weight but overall, these pins aren't going anywhere without some effort! I.e. safe for your fridge needs.

The cat pins in this series will have tiny magnets on the back, so that a small topper pin can magnetize to them. That way, you can choose if you want your kitty to be a photographer or just a tabby cat hanging out!

If you've pledged for a physical reward (noted in my reward descriptions) on my campaign and on George's campaign you will have this freebie added to your pledge automatically. This won't show up until your pledge manager and requires your pledge not be dropped on either campaign.

Shipping will be charged to you after the campaign is over during your pledge survey. This allows me to sort all you lovely people into the correct weight. That way I don't over charge you!

Your initial campaign is a set price, by backing for any one item you unlock the ability to back anything else at a discounted rate. This is not as good of a discount as purchasing a higher tier, but it is a thank you for supporting me and my newest projects.

Unfortunately, once the campaign charges your card (~4/16/2023) I will be placing things into production based on the funds raised. As such I am unable to provide refunds. If you receive a defective pin, a damaged pin or otherwise have an issue I am happy to exchange your pin for you! Just send me a photo of your issue and I'll be able to sort it out right away.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

• You are charged only if the campaign meets its funding goal.
• Charges happen when the campaign ends, not when you pledge.

After the campaign ends, you'll receive a survey to pay for any applicable shipping fees, calculated based on your shipping address.

Pay Over Time allows you to split your pledge into multiple payments over a set period. Your card will be charged according to the payment schedule (four monthly payments). Only available for projects that enable this feature. Learn More »

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
