I don't mean to pick favorites, but Bells gets the most info dump and this isn't even the whole thing, oops. This is why this one took a while, I left a couple of things out, but basically Bells is a really tragic character when you think about her life for 5 minutes weh weh.

About the "why is she named Bells" bit because it would've been too long to explain: because Bells uses Lheur to """return spirits back to wherever they come from""" (spoilers for chapter 8?), ghosts tend to only meet Bells when she's around Lheur, who communicates by making ringing sounds. And, because he tends to stay hidden until the final moment, ghosts who stay assume the sounds come from the lil tips of her pigtails. (Also it's just how Schnell calls her and others just assume that's her name, TLDR)

Cosmic Fish is a very "show don't tell", "really sit down and analyze what characters mean over what they are saying" kind of story. It's more of a conversation than a lore dump, so thank you for reading all of these posts and letting me actually TELL the detailed portions and everything that I tend to keep to myself.
