I hope you've all had a wonderful last couple weeks.

Since getting back from my trip, I have been working on getting the rest of the orders packaged and ready for shipment. I will be dropping almost everyone's stuff off on Tuesday, which will be when you should be getting shipment notifications.

The only packages that I won't be shipping on Tuesday are the ones with blankets. I admittedly forgot to grab some boxes while I was in town the other day, but I plan on grabbing some when I do the drop off. I expect to get those packed right after I get the boxes and shipped out within the week.

Missing Surveys and Errored Cards:

I am still missing 3 surveys, and there were 9 failed shipping charges. Please double check that you have filled out your survey and/or your cards were successfully charged for shipping and add-ons, especially if you don't receive a shipping notification. Any unfulfilled surveys are considered a donation once I close the campaign. I also don't have a large amount of leftovers of some designs, so once I get them into my shop, I cannot guarantee I will have your choices.

Future Projects:

Hi!

I just wanted to let you know that I have received the dragon remakes just a little bit ago. I plan on going through most of those tonight and tomorrow morning to make sure they came out ok.

Overall Shipping:

As stated in previous updates, I will be leaving for an Alaska trip tomorrow, so I won't have much time to package any more pledges. I made a larger drop off earlier today and have completed just under half of all the pledges. We are still ahead of our shipping schedule as the original fulfillment time was estimated as July-August. Once I get back from my trip (around the 26th), I plan on getting the backing cards on the new pins and then finishing the shipping. 

International Shipping- Please give your packages a couple weeks to be delivered depending on your location. 

Canada Shipping: For those of you in Canada, I was informed that there may be a postal strike starting next week. I have shipped a few of your packages out and they should be delivered before then, however, on the off chance that they don't, please give your packages some extra time to arrive. For packages that I haven't shipped out yet, I plan on waiting and monitoring the situation before I send your packages off. I would like to continue to use my regular shipping method rather than UPS/Fedex since it's cheaper and you don't have to pay larger brokerage fees. 

If there are any issues or questions with your packages, please send me an email. Backerkit does not inform us creators when there is a new comment/discussion on our projects, so sometimes they can be missed. It is not because we are intentionally ignoring you! As we are getting closer to Monday, I just wanted to give some extra info about shipping:

Since I am still waiting on the dragon remakes and I'll be out of the state for part of May, I decided to lock addresses in batches instead of all at once. This will allow some of you to be able to change your address in the event I don't get most of the shipments out before I leave. 

I'm still waiting on about 18 failed charges, so please check your emails. In order to get your items shipped out, these will need to get updated. If you aren't sure whether you or not your card went through, feel free to send me an email.

Incomplete Surveys:

There are still a few missing surveys, so please get those complete asap if you haven't yet! For surveys missing that are still missing initial pledge payments from the campaign's ending, I will be cancelling them after I get through shipping. If you are still interested in getting your rewards, please fill out the surveys and get your payment settled. 

Finally, some of you may have noticed already, but I have 2 new projects planned that are launching soon!

My first one will be on Kickstarter for a single 2.5" pin, and launches on May 13th! The sole purpose of this campaign is to offset some of the tariff costs, so the funding goal will be low! If you'd like to follow the project and be notified when it launches, you can click on the photo! 

My second project will be on Backerkit and launches on June 10th. This will be part of the Pin Quest: Myths and Monsters collab event! There will be freebie pins and other items you can nab when backing multiple projects in the collab! You can give my project a follow here:

Hope you all are having a great weekend!

Mini pins were delivered to me this week, so I have almost everything for shipping! All that I'm waiting for are the Dragon remakes. 

Now that we are getting into the fulfillment stage, I have a few notes: 

I will be running cards around mid-afternoon on Monday, so look for an email in case your payment doesn't go through. If you don't fix your payment, I won't be able to send you your items!

For anyone who haven't chosen the Dragon pin, I will start shipping out rewards on May 5th, which means addresses will lock. I will be out of the state between May 14th-May 26th, so I'll get as many pins shipped as I can before then, however, I am one person with 2 other jobs so I may not be able to get all of them done. Backers with Dragon pins will more than likely be shipped when I return. 

For those of you who have selected the Dragon their survey: I do have a few pins that came out alright, so I will be able to send a few out. If you would rather not wait and be ok with one that potentially has mild flaws, just send me an email ([email protected]). I'm still anticipating the remakes arriving around mid-May, however, the tariff situation might end up delaying them. I will be keeping you all updated as I receive news on these. 

If you are in the middle of a move or would like me to hold your rewards for any reason, please send me an email before May 5th. I will see if I am able to keep addresses unlocked for those of you with the Dragon pins, just in case.
