The surveys have gone out for this campaign, and half of you have already filled them out! For those who haven't, please check your email and fill it out right away. 

Once they are all filled out, I can charge shipping and get your orders out to you. Shipping starts to get bogged down the closer to Christmas it gets. I would love to get these in the mail on Monday or Tuesday.
