I have received news from my logistics partner on all fronts!
US – I did not realize this, but they had put the books on a boat set for Los Angeles in preparation for the strike, but the boat that was supposed to leave before a holiday in China never left the port. It is now scheduled to leave today. The ETA of it arriving in LA is 10/23. My pallets will need to then come out of a container, get on a train to Atlanta, moved onto a truck, and shipped to my house. Rough timeline for that is mid-November. I am going to do everything I can to make sure all US orders are shipped as fast as possible so that I can confidently sell these new books at PAX Unplugged at the beginning of December.
EVERYWHERE ELSE – The books have arrived at Zatu in the UK! They are waiting on the patches (see below for fulfillment to begin)
WHAT ABOUT THE PATCHES? – The patches have been sitting in Alaska for over a week. I have been fighting with customs to get them through and delivered to me. I have never had this problem with patches before, and I've ordered a bunch. Once I have the patches, I will ship some over to the UK for fulfillment to everywhere outside of the US.
