Project Update: 📰Survey Hiccups
Thank you backers from bringing to our attention some issues with the survey- it seems that it's not calculating shipping correctly for many of you. We checked each SKU weight and the shipping rates and it looks okay on our end, so we reached out to Backerkit staff for further assistance on the back end. They're currently on break but will be back on Monday.
Until then we kindly ask that you hold off on completing your surveys until we hash this out.
Additionally we also has a bit of a mix up, we mixed up October Tourmaline designs with November Citrinet designs- it should be correct now but ensure you double check your pledge if you happen to pick Oct or Nov options.
Apologies for the inconvenience- You guys have been awesome at being our canaries and notifying issues, with how many options available we have been greatly appreciating each and every one of you.

Hi, in the options for stickers & pins, I think libra, scorpio & sagittarius are slightly off. Shouldn't libra be sept & oct. Scorpio - oct & nov. & Sagittarius - nov & dec? I wanted to get a pin for an October Libra, & now I have totally confused myself.... Please help! & please be gentle if I'm wrong :)
Project Update: ❌💵Failed Payments + Sent Surveys
100% of our smoke test came back with 0 issues, (thank you our lovely canaries). So as of tonight we sent out the official surveys! Here you will be able to choose your rewards, jacket sizes, pin designs, stickers, and even add more rewards- but most importantly you will be able to provide your address so we can ship your goodies!
You will have until June 1st until survey's lock, on that same day we will also begin production.
At the close of the campaign we still have almost 2k in failed payments, please make sure to check your emails or charges to see if your pledge went through. Sometimes banks flags Backerkit payments as irregular and need extra confirmation to process even if you're a frequent backer.
Thank you all for your patience, we're just as excited as you are to see every design of this project come to life.

I based my measurements for the hoody on two hoodies I own, and was wondering if there would be a way to change the size if it doesn't fit when I get it? I chose the LG, which will likely fit me, but I just wanted to know in case it's too big. The MD seems like it'd be more of a closer fit, but I do like my hoodies a little bigger for room. Also, I love all your designs for everything. They are beautiful, and I can't wait to get everything!

The final day for the campaign is over- what's next?
Next up will be survey time! On May 15th the official surveys will be sent out,(though some of you may get yours earlier as a special test) this will be where you get to choose your goodies, pins, jacket sizes, etc.
Oh! And most importantly, this is where you enter your shipping info.
We cannot ship you your reward unless you fill out your survey.
June 1st will be Survey due date.
Once we have all the counts for orders, we will immediately start production on all of your orders!
