Hi everyone,

It's come to our attention that there are still some mix ups in orders. So we'd like to work together on fixing it. On our end the SKUs and names look fine across the mini pins, vinyl stickers, and hard enamel pins for october and November.
 

If you happened to select a oct/nov mix up (month not matching right gemstone) and it's still in your order, please try removing it and going through the selection again. If you're still having issues please comment below and we'll work through everything.


Nov should be Citrinet
Oct should equal Tourmaline


If we still have issue moving forward, go select your desired option by GEMSTONE rather than month, the things listed in your final order at the end will be what we'll be sending out to the manufacturer. 

For now we've reunlocked orders until we sorted everything out. We'll use this post as our troubleshooting post!
Please re-check your survey if you chose any option that had OCT or NOV in it!

Hi Stargazers,

It's been a bit hectic but due to the OCT/NOV variants of the pin hiccup we are extending the survey lock date to June 9th.

Those that are directly affected have been sent an email to do their surveys just to make extra sure that you have the pins you'd like to have. For those unaffected, you can use this time to edit and update your pledge for any last minute changes.

 If there are any issues don't hesitate to comment or reach out! We've been slowly working through everything, with 48 pins in total it's been a bit to keep track of ^~^ So your cooperation and comments have helped greatly! Thank you so much for being patient, and awesome as we traverse through this together.

(So So sorry, this update came a bit late)
Just got back from working with the BK staff, we managed to fix the $0 shipping option and also fixed the OCT/NOV mix up on all items. Thank you for those who acted as our canaries and notified these hiccups. If you're still have issue with OCT/NOV mix up on your survey, you may have to remove that item and re add it on again for it to be corrected.

Hi Stargazers,

Thank you backers from bringing to our attention some issues with the survey- it seems that it's not calculating shipping correctly for many of you. We checked each SKU weight and the shipping rates and it looks okay on our end, so we reached out to Backerkit staff for further assistance on the back end. They're currently on break but will be back on Monday.

Until then we kindly ask that you hold off on completing your surveys until we hash this out.

Additionally we also has a bit of a mix up, we mixed up October Tourmaline designs with November Citrinet designs- it should be correct now but ensure you double check your pledge if you happen to pick Oct or Nov options. 

Apologies for the inconvenience- You guys have been awesome at being our canaries and notifying issues, with how many options available we have been greatly appreciating each and every one of you.
