Great News! The replacement cat pins came in this Saturday! With that added wind in our sails we've been able to move swiftly in fulfillment. We'd sent out a bundle of packages on Saturday with an additional bundle about to be sent as soon as I finish writing this update ;> (a little earlier than usual because we're visiting my sister this weekend, we should be back "in office" on Monday)

As of Thursday April 23rd, we have fulfilled and shipped  64.96% of fulfillment by weight (3,396oz of the 5,228oz total), and 47.33% of fulfillment by order (213 of the 450 total).

Besides this, there is no further news, We'll keep you posted! Hope you guys are having a wonderful week with even better weekends to come <3

We apologize for the slow wait, we've been told that the replacement cat pins were officially shipped out from the old manufacturer to our location on Saturday. With that on the way and the both of us recovered from our trip from Sakura-Con we will likely begin ramping fulfillment back up soon, thank you all for your patience so far... I'm quite displeased that there have been as many hurdles as there has been, but I'm crossing my fingers that we'll have orders to ship out this weekend, with even more for the weekends after that as the excitement of launching Midnight Festival 2 settles.

In good news, we plan to have all of our pins pre-pinned to their backing cards in the future. We've asked our new manufacturer to ship the Cryptids and Critters pins that way to help us make fulfillment time quicker. My only concern is we won't be able to appraise backing card quality until they arrive, and of course there's a likelihood of the cards being damaged during shipping. Fingers crossed that all turns out well so that we can speed up our fulfillment process from here forth!

We have had a less than efficient last couple weeks of packing, a menagerie of hurdles from both outside and inside the campaign have hindered us quite a bit. With that in mind though when I did the math I was surprised with how much we had gotten done from how little it seemed we were able to work on it.

As of Thursday March 5th, we had completed 23.12% of fulfillment by weight (1,208.5oz of the 5,228 total), and 12.44% of fulfillment by order (56 of the 450 total).

Normally our strategy for fulfillment is to work on orders from heaviest to lightest, but we had to make an exception when our large boxes hadn't arrived by the time we were due to begin fulfillment. As a report, 37 of the orders we completed were the lightest of the batch, with the other 19 being the heaviest.

Those orders, alongside however many we're able to complete this evening, will be shipped out on Saturday. Anyone with packages on the way will be notified through email with their tracking number!

We expect that our efficiency will improve in the next coming weeks, but there is one large exception to this. The premium cat pins.

While we were packing I began to notice a striking number of the premium cat pins were not of suitable quality for order fulfillment; Many of their posts were quite loose and wiggly. Oddly those pins were the only ones I noticed this pattern with, so this morning I went through the entire stock to see just how many were faulty, I found that 68.55% of our stock (109 of the 159 total) did not pass inspection.

We will be consulting our manufacturer to order new pins for our cat-loving supporters, but there will likely be a delay until we're able to replace the faulty pins. I will update more on this topic in the coming weeks as fulfillment continues. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The Infernal Journals have officially arrived! that means fulfillment can officially begin at the start of next week with batches of orders to be sent out each weekend until we're finished!

Hello Backerkit!

This last weekend we received the orders from our pin manufacturer, and now we've also got some photos to show you :>

Burmese Python / Ouroboros Rapax: This snake is a good deal heavier than the average pin being 1.8oz compared to the cat's measurement of 1.1oz - I'd say that it's been our heaviest pin to date, but there were a couple from Cryptids and Critters that beat it if I remember correctly... Nevertheless it's a hefty specimen who can spin thanks to that extra weight. On the topic of spinning it's not as addictive to spin it as I thought it would be, but maybe y'all will disagree with that ;> (Notably it spins best when held level!)
Lanternfy /  Mefitis Lucerna: There's a funny story about the hanging chains for our bug friend here... During talks with our manufacturer Tokii had originally requested black chains for the design because the manu had instead used silver, their response was that they didn't have black chains. I, not knowing about that conversation, also asked them for black chains and got no response. Evidently they must have acquired black chains just for us, because low and behold they all have black chains on arrival 😅
Domestic Cat / Felinoctis Hedinis: The pearl-swirl detail of the cat's fur came out less noticeable than expected, but while inspecting it closely you can absolutely get lost in the swirls once you see them - almost like a hidden treasure - The collar's recessed metal also came out excellently!
Common Starling / Estrella Destructiva: The anodized metal on the starling turned out to be the perfect decision to give our bird that iridescent feather look! Not every pin looks the same though with some of them being less lustrous than others, but the majority looks perfect.
Feral Pig / Plaga Titani: The pig had come out a teensy darker than we had anticipated. As a fun fact when I originally saw these I was in a dimly lit room and almost had a heart attack thinking they'd been colored jet black 😅 Luckily when I brought them to the light you can see that they're colored correctly.
Cane Toad / Amphibeos Intoxica: While the cane toad was the underdog in terms of popularity, it's mixture of line art, transparent enamel, and screen printing has given it's skin this awesome bumpy look despite being more-or-less smooth to the touch.
House Sparrows /  Spóros Daímonas: These pins came out so wonderfully that they have officially become Tokii's favorite of the Infernal Invasion collection. They are visibly a good deal smaller, but their details came out beautifully because of it.
