Layouts are nearly finished (check out some examples below), and I can say I have had a lot of fun designing this game, both mechanically and visually. Whilst some of the art is mine, I've also done some grave-robbing from public domain artists of yore. Important note, even though a lot of the artists are dead, they are still humans (no AI here). Although, van Gogh is a bit suss. What are we thinking, alien or time traveller?
Red. The colour of roses, stop lights and fresh blood.
The playing cards are done and already on their way to us. We're expecting them to arrive within the next 7–10 days. Here are some sub-standard photos from our printer. I'll share better ones when I have the cards.
The PDF is on track to land in your inboxes before the end of the month, so you'll be able to start investigating your untimely demise very soon. I just need our fabulous proof-reader to remove all the errors that I, a so-called writer, introduce into the mix.
We're planning to begin fulfilment in the last week of May, though it'll likely run into June as we'll be at UK Games Expo at the end of the month, and that always messes up our best-laid plans. Anyway, if you're going to be there, come and say hello!
As always, thank you for your support, and I'll be back from the dead with another update next week.
