We're thrilled to share that Covens of Midnight is in the final stages of production! The finish line is in sight, and we've put together a comprehensive shipping plan to get your covens into your hands as smoothly as possible.

We've organised fulfillment through regional hubs to ensure fast and efficient delivery:

UK Hub - Delivering to UK, Canada, and Rest of World
NL Hub - Delivering to the EU
US Hub - Delivering to the US
Asia Hub - Delivering to Asia
Australia Hub - Delivering to Australia & New Zealand

Please note that shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), which means you may be responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs charges applied by your country. These fees vary by location and are determined by your local customs authority, not by us. 

We are doing what we can to minimise this by using more Hubs than we normally would but we can’t guarantee things especially with how often the shipping situation changes.

February has been a production-focused month, and we wanted to share an update on where things stand as we move into March.

First, we wanted to give you a look at how the physical components are coming together!

Seeing these pieces in physical form has been incredibly exciting for us. The cards, the artwork, the components; everything is starting to feel real, and we can't wait for you to hold them in your hands!

As with several of our other projects, Covens of Midnight production has been on pause for Chinese New Year. Our manufacturing partners in China observe this holiday every year, and factories shut down completely from February 10th through March 4th to allow workers to celebrate with their families.

Factories reopen this week (March 5th), and production will resume immediately!

Now that production is resuming, we'll be working closely with the factories to develop timelines, complete manufacturing, and prepare for shipping.

We know the wait has been long, and we appreciate your patience during the holiday pause. Chinese New Year is a necessary part of working with international manufacturers, and it ensures our partners are rested and ready to deliver the quality we expect.

This game means so much to us, and we're committed to making sure it arrives in your hands exactly as we envisioned it.

There's something magical about the moment a book goes from idea to physical object; when words and art become paper and ink, something you can hold in your hands.
 
Covens of Midnight is in that transformative stage right now, and we wanted to update you on where things stand!

📚 Your Books Are Being Printed

Covens of Midnight has entered mass production, which means right now, in a facility somewhere, your books are being printed, bound, and prepared. It's a super exciting (and slightly nerve-wracking) stage of the process.

We're currently waiting on what's called the Mass Production Copy (MPC), which is essentially a final proof that arrives before the full print run ships. This is our last chance to verify that everything is perfect: that the colours are as rich as they should be, that the gold foil catches the light just right and that every page is crisp and beautiful.

We won't move forward until we're completely satisfied.

About timing:
 
The MPC process, combined with the Christmas and Lunar New Year holidays, means there may be a minor delay compared to our original estimates. This is completely standard for international production during this time of year, and honestly, we'd rather take a bit longer and deliver something extraordinary than rush and compromise on quality!

Once we approve that MPC, you'll get a comprehensive fulfillment timeline with specific dates. Covens of Midnight is shaping up to be one of the most visually stunning books we've ever produced, and we promise the wait will be worth it.

🕯️ A Mystery Awaits: Relics of the Past

We didn't want you to just wait with nothing to do though! So while your physical books are being crafted, we've released something new for you to explore: Relics of the Past.

This digital-only expansion is a standalone story experience focused on one of our favorite aspects of magical storytelling: the legacy behind powerful objects. In Relics of the Past, your Scribe discovers a mysterious magical item and begins to unravel its story: who made it, who carried it, what it was used for, and what secrets it may still be protecting.

You don't need anything except a tarot deck to play. It works beautifully as its own contained narrative, as a story hook for a larger campaign, or as a tool for generating rich backstories for magical items in any game. It captures that scholarly feeling of discovering dangerous knowledge in long forgotten places. Perfect for cozy winter reading sessions!

Thank you for your patience, your trust, and your enthusiasm. Creating Covens of Midnight has been a labor of love, and knowing it's going into the hands of people who will appreciate all of the details makes each and every decision, revision and late night worth it.
