Ancient Grimoires and Unholy pacts. Great evil is about to be visited upon the land. An age has passed and Demons return to the world. Along with goblins, heroes, zombies, and skeletons, these wooden minis will clash to decide the fate of your old-school RPG campaigns and skirmish games. Get ready for the newest...
It Makes Sense: Your gameplay is old-school - why not your minis?
We have FOUR new sets of Bekir's Battlers in this fantastic collaboration between Mustafa Bekir and Crumbling Keep for Old School Essential's Demon Month. These chonky guys can be used for all your fantasy games, be it the roleplaying antics of your favorite dungeon crawler or your skirmish game of choice. They’ll stand around 50 - 70 millimeters (mm) tall depending on the specific miniature.
These minis are dripping with old-school cool. Illustrated by Mustafa Bekir, their style is inspired by Gary Chalks (HeroQuest/ Talisman), Peter Knifton (Blood Bowl 2nd ed), Paul Bonner (3rd Edition Warhammer Armies, Realm of Chaos), and more classic UK artists. Mustafa does a fantastic job of carrying on the black and white RPG art tradition with his own colorful flair. He’s incredibly well-established in the tabletop game sphere, with his art appearing in over 60 releases. Aside from that, he’s also one of the nicest gents that we here at Crumbling Keep have had the pleasure of working with.
I swear, he didn’t threaten us to say that. Blink twice if he’s standing behind you...
You have absolute freedom in deciding what miniature sets you get, without creating too many convoluted and confusing Kickstarter tiers. We call it Battle Bucks! The idea is simple: each tier gives you a number of Battle Bucks. After the campaign ends, we’ll open the pledge manager, and that’s where you’ll choose which sets you get. Each Battle Buck gets you one set.
For instance, if you wanted to just grab the NEWEST sets, all the demons, you’d choose the tier that gets you 4 x Battle Bucks, and then select those four sets after we launch the pledge manager.

Shipping for physical items will be charged after the campaign ends in pledge manager. We do have secondary shipping hubs in the UK, so folks in Europe won’t have to pay the full cost of international shipping (We know it’s a drag, so we ship in bulk to that location to save you some coin)!
The past decade has taught us all a lot about upheaval, supply chain disruptions, etc. That said, we have a decent amount of experience delivering on time (and generally early.) The art and files are finished, and now we’re just working with our manufacturer to get you the best possible minis we can. The delivery dates are our worst-case scenarios. That said, stuff happen. We vow to always be communicative about the state of things and to work hard to get you your crews.
We can’t be held accountable if we accidentally enter into a demonic pact and get dragged to the abyss.
After the Satanic Panic of the 80s, demons were not to be seen in the next edition of the game. 60 Minutes ran hyped up stories that fanned the flames of hysteria and folks were blaming everything they could on Role Playing Games.
In remembrance, backers who grab six battle bucks or more get this patch for free!
The Temple of Cyytok! is a skirmish game originally made for Zine Quest. It's miniatures-agnostic, so you can use any minis you want (though it works perfectly with our Goblin Horde of the Underdeep and Heroes of Yore). The game is a 23in x 17in fold-out pamphlet, with the playmap on one side, and rules and scenarios on the other. We even left some room for tokens and terrain that you can cut out and construct to take it to another level!
Beware, the Temple of Cyytok!
The Temple of Cyytok has been unearthed. This ancient goblin temple holds profane treasures and untold dangers. As our squad of heroes marches down into the depths, they’ll have to contend with chaos-worshipping Goblins! Three scenarios are included, supporting vs, co-op, and solo play!
We kept this bad boy quick and accessible. The entire game comes on a 23in x 17in fold-up pamphlet. The play map is on one side and the rules are on the other. You’ll need some scissors to cut out the terrain and tokens, as well as some d6s and your minis of choice. We suggest using Bekir’s Battlers.
If you want to use more Bekir’s Battlers for this Brutal Game, keep an eye on the stretch goal section below 👀.
Blood Fish Isleis a tri-fold pamphlet containing a system-agnostic fantasy adventure. Visit an island full of fishing Halflings, strange old wizards, and an ugly fish that walks on two legs. Blood Fish Isle is a small Hex Crawl with many random encounters, perfect for your dragon games.
The House of Gureaux the Butcher is a trifold pamphlet containing a system-agnostic fantasy adventuring dungeon. Dare you go into the house of Gureaux? It’s said his sausages are the best in the four villages, but everyone keeps their animals inside when he comes to town. Is his a tragic tale, or a dark tale of murder? Grab this small dungeon, perfect for your dragon games.
Deep Dark Wood is a 15-page tiny hex crawl. There are seven locations you can add to any game you’re running, with a narrative that permeates throughout. Throw them into the center of the forest in your game world, run it as a simple one-shot, or use it for inspiration.
Deep Dark Encounters expands the world of Deep Dark Wood, with 16 pages of encounters suitable for that spooky fairytale hex crawl. Thieving Goblins, annoying Kobolds, drunk Cyclops, and talking wolves… what more could you want?
Deep Dark Dungeons, in 44 pages, contains three beefy dungeons to place in the forest, expanding the lore of the first two books, and adding weird aliens, a captive Troll, and a hag’s abandoned den.
Mercs and Masters is a 50-card deck of Henchmen and Specialists for Old-School Essentials and other OSR games. Adventurers of all stripes are just waiting to sign onto your next expedition—if the price is right. But it’s not just martial power that awaits in these cards. The deck also includes a variety of specialists, from Alchemists to Sages, who are a far cry from the generic hirelings usually available to PCs.
Each card has fantastic art (mostly by the fine folks at Ink Potion Studios), a few notes on personality, and a stat block (when applicable). Suddenly, the PCs aren’t just hiring a wizard, they’re hiring Tinley Farseer, a 6th-level wizard who gets a cough whenever he’s out in the rain. Then there’s Kork Bitterspice, who will stop to pet every dog they can, and claims to have been raised by wolves. These henchmen are characters the players won’t soon forget.
A Strange House is a dungeon crawl full of whimsy and weirdness. Join your fellow heroes in a dungeon crawl through a rickety old house in a forgotten pocket realm. It’s a place where insects have much to tell you, and Goblins run underfoot carrying sausages; curiosity is rewarded, and every room has all kinds of things to interact with. There are talking trophy heads, insistent rocking chairs, and a cat that won’t stop following you. This 42-page hardcover book contains an entire house to explore, and fifteen encounters to randomly throw at your players. The cloth cover with red foil stamp gives the adventure a soft but sleek visual design that will be a beautiful addition to any library.4
Troll Hunteris a tri-fold pamphlet adventure and Troll generator for Old-School Essentials, with art by the Troll Lord himself, Mustafa Bekir. The swamp is full of Troll caves, abandoned shacks, broken rafts, and weird stones. Plus, there are enough tables to make sure that every troll the PCs meet is unique. This grimy hex crawl packs a lot of punch for its size.
The Fantasy Grind is set in the old empire of Origos, it is a hex crawl spanning four separate lands. In a sense, it is four separate modules, brought together into one large campaign.
These lands were once united under a single banner, but time has eroded the power of the throne, and now it is a land of divided peoples fending for themselves. Each of the four quadrants of the realm has its own dangers, happenings, and strangeness:
Death Empire takes place in West Athalia, where a dread cloud spreads, raising the dead from their graves.
War Orcs brings us to the Warlands, an area that fell to marauders long ago. With the marauders gone, the Orc warbands now fight each other for supremacy, leaving desolation (and loot) in their wake.
In the Darklands, a whole kingdom of Dwarves has lost their minds. And they’ve been particularly excitable as of late...
Desert Dogs is a delve into a barren wasteland of Gnolls, fighting a holy war against themselves under the unforgiving sun. A large monolith fell through the atmosphere,, and the Gnolls call it “The God that Came to Earth’...
The Fantasy Grind is a 160 page hardcover tome of hex crawl fantasy. It's accompanied by two 17"x11" identical maps (in case one gets over used) and a cardstock tracker board for monitoring in-game time and weather.

If our campaign gets shared on Facebook 10 times, we'll include a card for Vannin Silverpick! Perfect as a hireling or a pregen for your OSE game and completely compatible with our Mercs and Masters deck.
We've teamed up with a few other creators to bring you something really cool! All you have to do is back one of their campaigns and back ours and you get the rad free mini above. I prefer to call it the Demiurge.
Which campaigns have we partnered with, you may ask? Well, lemme tell ya -
Inspired by classic modules and '90s dark industrial radness, HELLBLASTER: Against the Cyberfiends throws sword-and-sorcery heroes into a crashed spaceship seized by the forces of hell. Fight fiendish factions, loot weird technology, and melt your enemies with white-hot plasma in this high-level adventure.
In an homage to the lost art of killing your friends, The Black Spire Pact is Flaming Hand’s first foray into Player Versus Player Adventure Gamebooks. Built upon the tried and true Old School Essentials mechanics and streamlined for a choose-your-own-path gamebook style of play, The Black Spire Pact is a competitive game for everyone who has ever thought, "I think my character could destroy your character.
In this two-book set, each player receives their own book to pursue their quest while running encounters for their enemy. One player takes on the role of Voth, a power-mad sorcerer with a penchant for demonology, while the other plays the demon lord, Marax, who wants nothing more than to stop Voth from pestering all the demonic minions and get the hell out of hell.
Even in the dead lands, where the very air is stained nicotine yellow, even in the infernos of Hell, where the rancid smells of burning flesh and sulfur assault the senses, even in the frigid lands of ever-winter, where the ice is so cold it burns like acid, even in places and planes more terrible and more remote than all these combined…people do be shopping.
The Emporium of the Damned is a sprawling, infernal marketplace that exists in a pocket dimension beyond the planes of Hell, yet connects to all of them. It is what it has always been: inviting…insidious…inevitable. It stretches across a fossilized demon’s ribcage rising from a lake of burning pitch: a bazaar like none other, where demon lords trade secrets, cultists barter souls, and desperate adventurers risk everything for the slightest bit of power.
A beautiful collection of demons, short adventures, exotic weapons, and a whole lot more. Harkening back to the psychedelic planes-hoping vibes of a certain 90s TSR product, the Dimension Delver’s Guide to Demons & Devils is going to be a visceral journey through the weird.
Abattoir Hymnal is an adventure for OSE Month 2026! Adventurers will descend into the Butchered Realm, decide who to rescue and who to ally with, and find a way back to their normal lives.
If you love Hellraiser, Silent Hill, etc., you'll probably enjoy this disgusting adventure!
These minis capture the mood of the black n white adventure modules I used to get from the back of magazines, with a touch of humor and a sense of gritty verisimilitude that harkens back to the heavy metal album covers that no doubt inspired a great many young weirdos, like myself. -Terry Childers
Love em! They look and feel great! Great price too! -Joseph Cole Jr.
Best wooden minis around. Not only are they color coded by faction, but I love that they are actually cut around their details instead of just a generic hemisphere. Both help with recognizing them at tabletop distance. Can't wait for more. -Zeb Krepps
These are awesome, really useful, well designed, great illustrations and strong colours that stand out. Great price and *really* impressed you’ve kept shipping so reasonable ❤️ -David H
Bekir's Battlers are high-quality wooden miniature figures. Each mini that comes in a pack is unique, and I think that's wonderful. Having a horde of enemies is one thing, but having unique minis for each member of the horde is *chef's kiss* -Andrew Brewer
Just got mine yesterday and I have to say WELL DONE!! Can’t wait to get these to the table! - John Snow
These game pieces are perfect for all ages, and go great with multiple games as well. Which is why I keep buying multiple sets of these wonderful pieces of art. -Jón Erik Stevenson
Crumbling Keep is two friends who absolutely love RPGs. Mustafa Bekir is an amazing artist who we keep locked away in the Keep’s dungeon. We’ve had plenty of successful crowdfunding endeavors, and pride ourselves on our prompt delivery. We’ve collaborated with Mustafa plenty of times in the past, and I want to go on record saying he is an absolute joy to work with.
