I paid for shipping on December 2nd. I see that at least one backer has received their plush already, but I've yet to receive any tracking info. When should I expect my Kimber to ship out? The lackluster communication on this project has me worried for both my current pledge and future campaigns. I've backed my fair share of campaigns, and all of them have had an FAQ section and shipping specifications. But this campaign had no FAQ. There was nowhere indicating that Kimber would have no International shipping, which seemed to impact quite a few backers. Additionally, the lack of responses to community posts & comments concerned me. Finally, how late Surveys were sent out. I really like Kimber's design, and I'm very excited to see what future plushies you come up with! I want future campaigns to succeed - they just need a few tweaks is all. This critique comes out of love and concern. Looking forward to receiving tracking info and getting Kimber into my hands! ❤
