At this time, we have not been required to collect personal identification data in order to ship your packages.
This means:
No identification has been requested from us by carriers so far.
Your packages are currently in transit without it.
However, international customs policies can vary by country and shipment. While we do not currently expect additional requirements, we must remain prepared in case a shipping provider or customs authority requires further information for clearance.
If anything is required from you, you will be contacted directly by us via email. 📩
🌍 Shipping to remaining countries:
With Mexico, the U.S., and Canada now shipped, we are continuing with the remaining international destinations following the same process.
Once we generate tracking numbers for those orders, they will be sent to you as well.

To all backers outside of Mexico, we want to address the questions and concerns we’ve received regarding the information we requested earlier this week.
Why we requested this information:
Over the past several weeks, we have consulted with multiple international shipping agents and customs service providers in Mexico (where our warehouse is located). We were consistently advised that because our product was manufactured in China and is being exported from Mexico (as a result of recent U.S. tariff-related logistics changes), certain shipments may fall under tariff classifications that require recipient identification for customs processing.
This guidance was provided to us in reference to applicable Mexican export regulations (including tariff classification under 9504.40) and carrier-specific international shipping compliance.
As a small independent team handling international fulfillment for the first time, we followed the procedures provided by licensed logistics professionals in order to prevent shipments from being delayed, rejected, or returned.
About your privacy and security:
We fully recognize that this is highly sensitive information, and we want to be absolutely clear:
We do not intend to collect or store any personal data unless it is strictly required for customs clearance.
We will never sell, share, or use personal information for any purpose beyond shipping compliance.
Any information provided is accessed only by authorized personnel.
That said, we completely respect every backer’s right to decline to provide this information.
What we are doing now:
We are actively working with a licensed third-party logistics provider to confirm whether international shipments can proceed without requiring any personal identification data. If it is confirmed that this information is not required, we will move forward without collecting it and notify all backers promptly.
The reason we requested this information in advance was to minimize delays in the event that carriers or customs authorities formally request it for clearance.
Your consent matters:
If you prefer not to provide any personal identification information, we fully respect your decision. No backer will be penalized for protecting their privacy.
We will continue communicating transparently as we finalize the correct and compliant path forward.

🔥 About the signatures To be able to sign your copy, we need to open the game. This means:
Carefully cutting the exterior shrink wrap
Opening the box to sign the inside of the lid
Doing our best to avoid damaging more of the plastic than necessary (we’ll only remove the lower portion so we can access the interior without compromising the rest of the wrap)
We know the shrink wrap is important for many of you, so we want to be transparent and respectful of your decision. That’s why, if you want your copy signed, we need your consent to open it. ❤️
