New Color Samples - Round 5 (Lavender Cherry Gingham)
Hey all, I have one more update regarding colorways. The bulk order has been progressing well but when producing Lavender Cherry Gingham, we realized there was a miscommunication regarding the lavenders that were used for the samples vs the lavenders I had picked from my thread books. The lavender that was initially used is a bit different in color from the bulk color thread we purchased to make the lavender colorway of Cherry Gingham. As a result, the final color is slightly different. It's not a massive difference but it is one so I wanted to be transparent that the final color will appear a bit different, a bit cooler in tone than warmer lavender.
If you picked this color sock and don't like the final version, please contact me so I can change your order to pick a different sock. So sorry again for the sudden update.
The bulk order is almost finished so I should have another update coming soon, thank you!
Hello! Thanks for all your comments on the last post! There were a lot of positive replies so I confirmed the new Pink colorway of Cherry Gingham with the more saturated pink background.
My manufacturer proceeded with making another sample version of Pink Fresh Tasty Popcorn with the lighter yellow stars and I personally love it, I feel like it has a much "cuter" vibe so I finalized this version as well.
If you pledged for Pink Fresh Tasty Popcorn but don't like the final pastel yellow stars, please make sure to change or cancel this design in your pledge before the order is locked tomorrow!
With that, all unlocked colorways have been finalized! Thanks for your patience and feedback as we narrowed down the thread colors! Everything is now going into full production and should take around a month. I'll make sure to post another update then, thank you! :)
Hello, here with another sock sample update! This time, just tackling the last pink colorways. Pink is such a difficult color to make in socks because the color thread options are limited and not always the most ideal match or the most opaque so it usually takes the longest time to sample through trial and error. Thanks for your comments last time, I went ahead and approved Dark Pink & Black Cherry Gingham while ordered the additional round of samples of Pink.
With this sample, I tested out changing the background from the super pale pink it was previously to a more saturated pastel pink. It looks pretty dramatically different when unworn but it's pretty subtle when worn. Personally, I like this new pink and would like to proceed with it as the final but I'd love to hear what you guys think as many of you said you like the pinks as is on the last post.

Fresh Tasty Popcorn also got its sample. I opted for using the same base pink thread as Cherry Gingham. I'm debating maybe changing the stars on this colorway from the dark yellow to the pastel yellow, what do you guys think?
