Hello! Just wanted to give a quick update that the shoes are set to be delivered to me next week so that means I will begin the process of charging shipping very soon! As noted in the campaign, each pair of shoes weighs over 3lbs (around 4lbs once put in the shipping box depending on the shoe size) so the shipping costs will reflect this. This package weight doubles if you ordered a 2nd pair so please keep this in mind. All shoes will be shipped with insurance in the event of misdelivery. If you need a Signature Request, please let me know, I will gladly add it so the package can safely reach your hands if package theft is a concern. Please note for international pledges, this package weight also applies, I will not be able to control the cost of shipping because it is a heavy product. Please keep an eye out for the updated survey and make sure your shipping information is up-to-date! I will be attending Tekko so shipping will begin once I have returned from Pittsburgh. Looking forward to sending these out to you all!

Hello hello! I wanted to share that the bulk order for the shoes has been finished and they've all officially shipped to me. They're expected to arrive sometime in early-mid July. Once the shoes are here, I will begin calculating final shipping costs and then charging shipping and finalizing addresses.

Hello, wanted to pop in for a quick update! The shoes are still currently being worked on. My manufacturer sent me some progress pics so I wanted to share some of them here. They're still waiting for the wood to be completed by the wood mill for all the platforms and then final assembly will begin around the end of the month!

We've both been monitoring the tariff situation carefully to address sudden increased costs. These shoes are produced in China and began production before the US situation regarding tariffs had changed. I won't be able to get more information on what the new costs will be until the shoes are completed and the final weigh has been calculated but please be assured we're aware and discussing solutions. Hello everyone! Happy to announce that the bulk order has officially been placed so the shoes are now in production! Thanks so much to everyone for answering the surveys!

For Pay Over Time backers, your last payment should be charged sometime this week. After the final charge successfully goes through, you'll get access to the Backerkit survey. Your shoe & color selection will already be selected based on how you answered the Google survey.

For people who added any additional straps or pairs of shoes, your orders will also be charged this week so please be aware!

Some fun facts about the final inventory:
Most popular colors were: Black, White, Wine, Red, and then Pink in that order.
Most sizes (included Wide) were ordered between sizes 37 and 44.
Orange & Yellow were not ordered at all so those were dropped.

Regarding bulk production, the shoe manufacturer needs to order the wood and then will begin working on the shoes. This should take around 40 days. Then the shoes will be shipped to me which may take another 30 days. So we'll be a bit ahead of schedule if everything goes that quickly. I'll make sure to post any developments that happen. Reminder that today is the LAST DAY to answer your Backerkit or Google surveys! Unanswered surveys will be considered as "abandoned" and thus cancelled. Numerous emails have been sent so any cancelled pledges will need to contact me directly after the bulk order is completed to claim from the extra inventory.
