Surveys will go out as soon as BackerKit reviews the Pledge Manager. When Surveys are done I will start putting together the products and getting them to everyone.
NOTE: There is a Local Pickup Option available. To utilize that choose LOCAL PICKUP from the COUNTRY field when you are putting in your address for shipping in the survey. That's basically everyone in the Milwaukee area.

I'm doing all I can to gather support and funding for this book, please help any way you can.
