No, this project is limited to the United States only since due to ever-changing trade restrictions, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to ship to you when the time comes. However, we will update our online store and Etsy once we've received the products so please keep an eye out for that if you are not located within the United States! If you pledge with a foreign shipping address, unfortunately your pledge will need to be canceled (potentially with an additional 10% payment processing fee) so please avoid doing so.

REFUND POLICY Orders (Pledges) can be cancelled at any point before your card is charged at the end of the campaign (April 30th)! After the campaign ends, we won't be able to accommodate any refund requests so please plan accordingly. Even if the campaign is fully funded, we anticipate needing to pay additional out-of-pocket costs for potential increases in duties and taxes so refund requests after April 30 will directly harm us. If you are not certain of your finances, please DO NOT pledge. DAMAGED GOODS If in the event you receive a damaged product, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] with your BackerKit information and we will be able to assist you from there! PRODUCT RETURNS If you decide you do not want the pledged goods after you have received them, you may email us at [email protected] with your BackerKit information and we can help you initiate a return from there. Note that returned goods must have the original packaging intact and you will be responsible for the return shipping. Refunds will be processed after we have received and confirmed the quality of the returned merchandise.

After the campaign ends, you will receive a survey where you will be able to fill out your shipping information! You can revisit and edit the survey at any point before the rewards are shipped out by logging into your BackerKit account. Note: Survey responses will be locked once we are ready to start shipping out the rewards. Our hope is to be able to receive these plushies by October, however with any crowdfunded project, delays relating to manufacturing/product certifications/shipping/etc may arise. Given our previous experiences from past plushie Kickstarters and reorders, we're doing our best to make sure there are no unforeseen events. If there are any potential delays, they will be communicated via the Updates section of the project so please keep an eye on that!

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
