Anyone else missing their pledge items?

The last update we received started that things would be mailed out by the end of June...but it's October and not only have I not even received a shipment notice, but multiple attempts to contact the creator by email have gone unanswered. This is really disappointing.

Question about shipping

Hi! I know it says in the story that the shipping timeline was May - June, and I have noticed that my address has been locked for a while now. I'm just wondering if they've shipped out already? It turns out I'm going to be moving soon, and I don't want anything to get lost. Thanks in advance!
