Dragon Hoard Keepers is a celebration of that magical urge to hunt down cool stuff and call it your own. From potions, mysterious keys, shiny math rocks, and all the other oddities a dedicated collector would love to squirrel away.
It all started in 2022 with a sketch of a chonky little dragon. I wanted a friendly desk companion to keep me company while I drew up strange and fantastical ideas. The idea expanded to have him hold my goodies safe away in his belly. I just had to make him real.
This campaign brings these Hoard Keepers to life. Here you'll find:

This wonderful Dragon Hoard Keeper Plush has many features! They stand about 8 inches tall.

Those small shadow shapes in his belly are two dice.
✨All plushies will come with hooks and straps so that this guy can come along for your adventures. Some of the samples do not have the hooks, but all final plushies will! The hooks on top of the head will be moved to the upper back of the plush so it will not morph their poor heads!
The Plush charm is going to be about 5 inches big and designed to tag along with you everywhere, hanging happily wherever you may put him. The keychain is a work in progress, but it will be a fabric tag with a ring attached to it.
He’s got a little secret compartment! A hidden magnet keeps him closed, so he can carry a tiny piece of your hoard with you. Maybe favorite dice, a lucky charm, emergency snacks…you get the idea.
The Dragon Hoard Keepers! These magnificent enamel pins depict dragons curled proudly around their favorite things in the whole world. These Hoard Keepers are big, shiny, and utterly obsessed.
Mini Pins! We’ve been talking a lot about the chonkie plush dragon, and dragon keepers, but this campaign is about collecting! What is collecting without goodies? So to fix that, we’re also including mini pins that are sold in sets.
Pin designs are mock-ups of the final designs are subject to minor changes during final production.
Designs: Mockups are shown for reference and may undergo minor changes during production.
These pins are designed to be statement pieces, showcasing intricate details. Sizes are on each banner an in between 0.5 inches to 3 inches.
Effects: Pins will feature a variety of visual effects to enhance their design:
Sand Blasting: A matte, textured finish.
Pearl: A soft, iridescent shine.
Glow in the Dark: Luminous details that glow in low light.
Glitter: Sparkly, reflective accents.
HalfRaised Metal: 3D element that stand out from the pin’s surface.
Transparent Enamel: Translucent, colorful enamel that mimics stained glass.
Backing: Large pins include at least two backing posts with clasps for secure wear. Mini pins will include at least 1 post due to their smaller size.
These 1.5 inch metal coins are sure to help you on your adventures! They feature art on both sides and will help with any decision you come across. Take a look!
A quick note on stretch goals: Unlocking a new color for the Dragon Hoard Plush also unlocks it for the Charm Plush. New enamel pin designs are currently in the works and will be added as soon as the artwork is complete.

To qualify for the Retailer Pledge, you must own a business that sells toys, plush, and games. Addresses that are apartments or homes will not be eligible for the retail pledge level.

Think of Backerkit as a huge preorder event where, if we get enough preorders, we can make the thing! Here are a few things to keep in mind if this is your first time with Backerkit:
Backerkit will not charge you unless the campaign reaches its funding goal.
You can change your pledge amount at any time before the campaign ends.
Surveys will be sent out once the campaign has ended, then you can choose which designs you would like.
You will receive updates on production and fulfillment as they progress, through your Backerkit email or the Community tab on the campaign page.
Please use an email that you check often! This is how we will communicate with you about your order and the project.
Once backers have received their pledges, any extras will be available after the campaign, but at a higher price.
Manufacturing Delays: Production times are estimates, and delays may occur. Backers will be notified of any unexpected delays or updates.
Design Adjustments: Pins:Minor changes to colors or linework may be made during production. We'll do our best to match the final pins to the designs as closely as possible, but some differences between mockups and final items are expected. Plush: Plush samples have already been made to ensure standard of quality for mass production. Some adjustments may be made based on feedback during the campaign to allow for the best useability.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the campaign’s end date. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this period or once your order is locked in.
Damaged Rewards: If your rewards arrive damaged, contact us with photos as proof, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Grading: Pins: Will be standard grade, meaning they’ll range from perfect to having very minor flaws that aren’t immediately noticeable. All pins will be inspected before shipping. Plush: These items are put together by hand and each will be slightly unique. Plush with major defects will be set aside. Minor defects will not affect the overall appearance or functionality.
Shipping: We'll use USPS to ship rewards. International mail service may be suspended in some countries - backers are responsible for confirming service availably. Backers are also responsible for any customs fees. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for packages lost due to unpaid customs fees. See the Shipping section for more details. If we're unable to ship to your location, your pledge will be refunded, minus Backerkit fees and taxes.
Shipping costs will be calculated and charged after the campaign ends through BackerKit’s survey system. Rates are subject to change based on quantity and location, but here’s what you can expect:
Rewards will ship via USPS with tracking. Here are shipping costs by location and weight of packages. Ordering add-ons will increase the shipping. These are subject to change and are estimates. Shipping may be more if you have both plush and pins/coins.

Canada: $12-$19
Everywhere else (Excluding UK and EU): $15-$22

Shipping may be more if you have both plush and pins/coins.
International Backers: Buyers are responsible for any VAT or customs fees. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees, I’ll contact you to resolve the issue. You’ll be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours, your order will be forfeited without a refund.
Address Updates: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and up to date. You’ll have time to make changes, and I’ll notify you before locking addresses for shipping. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, I’ll contact you to resolve the issue. You’ll be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours, your order will be forfeited without a refund.

EU Shipping: At this time, we’re unable to ship to the EU due to the complexity of the General Safety and Performance Regulations (GPSR). We’re deeply sorry for this limitation and hope to offer EU shipping in the future!
