Once we receive the pins from manufacturing, we will be going through each and every pin to look any stand out flaws. All pins are hand made and filled by the factory and no pin is perfectly made. There will always be minor blemishes. We will prioritize high quality A Grade pins for survey questions. Changes within the pledge manager after we receive the pins may exhaust our highest quality supply. If this happens, Seconds B grade pins may be provided instead. We will strive to order extra to make sure we can fulfill the orders to the best of our ability. A Grade - Pins are of the highest quality. Flaws are unnoticeable when seen from a distance of 2-3 feet away. B Grade (seconds) - Pins may have a noticeable imperfection. This may be scratches in metal or enamel. Uneven glitter distribution. Slightly incorrect coloration. C Grade - Missing enamel. Major scratches. Completely incorrect coloring in places. Highly noticeable mistakes. These pins will not be provided to any backer.

The pledge manager will allow you to add additional add-ons. Within the survey questions, you will be able to update design choice selections.

Yes! After the campaign ends, you’ll have the opportunity to add more pins or adjust your pledge during the BackerKit survey phase.

Once the campaign wraps up, we’ll send you a BackerKit survey where you can confirm your pledge and select your pins. If you’d like to add extra pins, you can do so at this time.

We cannot guarantee that we can continue to have them in stock after they sell out. Your best opportunity for acquiring these pins is to snag them during the campaign.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
