We are doing front flips and back flips over here because today we received... DUN DUN DUN... The first test print of Unnatural Selection! (There will be at least one more as we make corrections. Like the off-centeredness of the cover, for instance.)
It is even more beautiful and REAL than we could have imagined. Check out these photos, and ignore the wet stains from our tears of joy! (We have yet to receive our test copy of the SPECIAL EDITION, but that should be coming as soon as we make our first round of corrections and get it in our hands.)

We wanted to provide an update regarding shipping notifications for those who have not yet received them. Below are the common reasons for delays:
Outstanding Balances: Some orders require shipping fees to be charged before processing.
Merged Orders: If you placed multiple orders (double or triple), they need to be consolidated, and shipping fees will need to be charged.
Declined Payments: Your card may have been declined, preventing the shipping charge from being processed.
Manual Push Needed: In some cases, initial shipping charges were declined but later resolved. These orders require manual processing, which we are actively working on.
Missing Shipping Option: In rare instances, some orders were not given the option to pay for shipping, leaving them in limbo.
Additionally, for backers in the UK and other international locations, some tracking numbers may no longer work after your package arrives in your country. This is because the package is transferred to your local postal service. In most cases, your original tracking link includes a secondary number you can use to continue tracking. While this process is not ideal, the information is available with a bit of digging.
We are working tirelessly to ensure all remaining orders are addressed and shipped by Tuesday. Fewer than 200 orders remain in this category. If you received a charge from Dungeon Damsel, this reflects an overdue balance, and your order has been moved forward to our fulfillment team.
For those whose cards could not process the remaining balance, we will be reaching out individually to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your order is shipped without further delay.

CANADA READ THIS, THIS IS FOR YOU:
We have added shipping prices to the Canadian orders and have begun charging for shipping. We will be migrating Canadian orders over to our fulfillment team. GET EXCITED CANADA!
If your card has been declined and you are in Canada, PLEASE fix it so we may send you your tome and treasures! Where is my order?
Do not fear if you haven't received your shipping notification yet. We are still working through some errors caused by duplicate orders. These need to be resolved manually, so we are working as quickly as possible to get everything ironed out.
A few of you have not been charged for shipping yet, or have been undercharged due to duplicate orders, which will also be resolved very soon. There are roughly 44 of you in this error margin and we are working diligently to fix it.

We recently encountered an unexpected issue in the coordination with our fulfillment team. This miscommunication resulted in undercharged shipping costs for many of our backers. Rather than pass on the remaining balance to you, we happily made the decision to absorb the additional expense—a cost of over $3,500—so that you wouldn’t face further delays or surprise charges.
It was an easy choice for us because you, our backers, are at the heart of everything we do. We deeply value your trust and support, and we want to ensure your experience remains as positive and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for being part of this journey and for the continued love and enthusiasm you’ve shown for this project.

First, I apologize for posting this on the public page, but I was unable to find an email to contact someone directly. The email link in Backerkit did not work.
I received notification from USPS that my package was delivered on Friday. As of today (Sunday), I still do not have it. Can you please run a trace on the package or send me a replacement please?

We will push the Collect Shipping Button tomorrow (Wednesday) at NOON Central U.S. time. 12 PM CST
So please be sure that your credit card info is up to date on Backerkit. If not, your shipping charge will fail, and you will be notified that it must be updated. You obviously cannot get your products until you resolve this. Wouldn't you like to get your tomes sooner, rather than later? I think you've all waited long enough!
Canadian Residents: Good news! Your post strike has ended, YAY! Bad news... we need to wait for prices to go down before shipping to Canada. For some of you, the price to ship would have been $50 or more, and for one of you an astounding $115. That's completely unacceptable, so we've decided to postpone shipping to Canada for at least ONE WEEK toat most ONE MONTH. We will give you updates on the cost of Canadian shipping as soon as we hear from the our fulfillment team, but for now we don't know what the future pricing holds-- we just know it will be drastically different. We're apologetic for this unfortunate circumstance.
However, if you are anxious to get your Unnatural Selection goodies delivered to your Canadian residence sooner, then let us know and we will give you the more expensive postal option.
