Hey so it took pure chance to figure out this project is the source of my recent woes - I've had a package trying to make its way to me but keeps running into issues because the Address 2 line didn't make it onto the package label. That's a pretty important thing to leave off of your fulfillment process!

My shipment's tracking hasn't updated since arriving in the country 2 weeks ago. I contacted the courier and they told me to get in touch with the sender. Could you help me with this? Thanks.

Hi! I just received my items today, but was confused about getting the starfish plushie the otters to hold. I originally pledged for a Deluxe Edition, and then when the survey came out, I added on a plush, plus an additional VIP edition. Today, I received 2 plushies, 2 Deluxe editions, 1 frog mini plush (for backing the paired game), and 1 starfish mini plush. Was I supposed to receive 2 starfish, or just 1? Thanks!
