This creator doesn't respond to posts. I got them to respond once to an email where they said the problem should be resolved in a matter of days but it wasn't. Now they don't respond to any subsequent emails. They lacked communication throughout the project and were late in "delivery." I put delivery in quotes because truly they lied about sending out the digital version as there are several posts from people asking about it. Do NOT support this backer in the future.
