I've seen a lot of people with the issue I've had where the tracking is seemingly not active for days or weeks. As of yesterday my tracking has become active with the status "Shipment in Transit to the ePost Global Processing Center". I'm glad my tracking seemingly works now. Obviously i dont know the process at Diamond however, this would suggest that the tracking number was created and the package has then just been sat around at Diamond since the 16th rather than being giving to the courier. I'm hoping this means my package has actually started moving rather than it's status being stuck on this for another week. But hopefully this means other people's tracking will have started working or will soon.
