We are running another round of fulfillment for the 8 customers who have filled out surveys and placed late orders of the last few weeks. Those should be in the mail this week! Watch for a USPS email going to your Backerkit associated email with tracking (and please check your spam/junk folders).
We have 10 backers who haven't filled out your survey for shipping. We're not sure if Blade caught up to you and left you for dead - but if you survived the attack - please fill out your info so we can ship your cards to you. Here's a quick link to get you where you need to go:
We have two backers whose cards were declined - you can go to the same link above to resolve that issue. Please switch out the info or speak to your bank so they will unlock the payment and we'll ship to you right away.
