I wanted to make sure I didn't miss an email. I did email about replacing my fire set, but had not seen any replies or anything

Sorry—we should have made this clear in our update, but for anyone who reports a pale set, we were not planning to respond immediately. We were counting inventory to reproduce from these emails. However, we will respond to the email today to verify that we did indeed receive your email.
