Just a final update to close things out, and thank you all for your support on this campaign. The lion's share of books are out. We have, I think, about 22 or so of you (including those who pre-ordered through the website) to get in the mail. Most of you are those who are getting multiple books with add-ons or higher pledge levels that are harder to pack and label. They should all be out by the end of the week this week, so stay tuned!!!
The first big batch is ready to get dropped off at the post office today, with the second big batch tomorrow! Those two batches WILL comprise the lion's share of the fulfillment, which is super exciting!
As a note: these comprise those backers who got ONLY a single copy of the core book. The remaining 25 or so of you who got add-ons or multiple copies will be going out by the weekend (or by Monday at the latest) and save for some stragglers, we can call this one in the bag!
That's a lot of packing for one guy!
Many (most?) of you SHOULD HAVE, if things worked out right, gotten an email from BackerKit containing a tracking number. I think one or two of you had yours jumbled, so if that happened and you can't properly track your package (or it says it's going to a completely different city) contact me and I'll find you the right one.
Also, those of you who were local and those of you who got digital only packages probably also got a "shipping" email. Yours should have listed either "LOCAL" or "N/A" for tracking number and stated pickup or digital reward in there. It appeared that BK wanted me to send that out to mark it as fulfilled? But it's possible that's just something else I didn't understand about how the platform works.

I'm back from vacation in New Orleans and it was glorious spending a week completely unplugged and away from fandom, politics, social media, work, and all the other stresses of life. Today it's back to the grind.
Here's a quick update on shipping for Thirteen Parsecs:
1. INTERNATIONAL BACKERS watch your email. I will be sending PoD codes for your Lulu copies of the game(s) at some point this afternoon/evening. That should get you all squared away.
2. DOMESTIC BACKERS I will over the next day or three be acquiring more shipping materials (boxes, tape, etc. - I have plenty of packing peanuts and bubble wrap). I will also be preparing shipping labels. The packages will ship by pledge level, and I'll usually go with the most backers first. I am hoping by this time next week to be well into getting the books in the mail.
Keep your eyes open!
Also, don't forget, if you want a leather copy, head over to elflair.com and place your order there. Don't forget to let me know in a comment in your order that you are a backer, so I can be sure to get your leather in with your regular copy!

Please note that the apparent lightness on the pages is my camera and the lighting. The books are sharp and dark, easily on par with our other core rulebooks!
So now for the logistics.
I am out of town from Saturday through Sunday, and I still need to organize these things, sort my orders, and acquire extra shipping materials, so physical shipping will not begin until I return.
I may try to get the POD codes out to international backers before I leave, but we'll see how things go - no promises!
Hopefully shipping will go pretty quickly after all is said and done. I am going to leave addresses unlocked while I'm out of town. They will be locked on Monday, November 4 and shipping will commence thereafter. So if you need to make any address changes, now is the time!
