If you are wanting to get more AOS pins, they are now available on the Etsy shop, and pins are all on sale for 10% off at the moment. I did not order alot of extras for these pins, so for some of them the stock is as low as 4 available. As of right now I don't know which AOS designs will be re-ordered for the future, so what's on Etsy is what I've got for now.

I am working right now on listing the AOS stickers. Last night I attempted to create listings for the stickers but I was running into an error message while posting them. They seem to be uploading now, but It's gonna take me about an hour to get all the listings up.

Hey everyone, 

This is a notification to let you know that this project is coming to an end and to provide you with the last shipping update, as well as end of project information.

All orders marked as "ready to ship" in Backerkit have been packed and are out the door. About 16 orders were picked up today, so they have just started their transit. If you did not receive your order yet, please check for a tracking email from BackerKit. It's possible you may have had one of the recently packed orders and your tracking information will be updated in the next 24-48 hours.

🚨 Incomplete Surveys

There are 17 backers who paid for their pledge, but did not complete their survey. There are 3 backers with failed shipping charge payments. If you’re one of these backers, you have 30 days from today (May 28th, 2024)to fill out your survey and pay for shipping. If you do not complete your survey within the 30 days (by June 28th, 2024), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards.

There are currently 3 backers with failed survey charges. This means that you filled out your survey and provided card details, but when we charged your card for shipping, the payment failed. If you do not complete your payment within the 30 days (today to June 28th, 2024), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards

Please note that the project will close on June 29th, 2024. After that date we do not check the pledge manager. While you will still be able to complete your survey after that date, your order will not be fulfilled.

🚨 Charge Disputed

There are a few backers who completed their survey, but their bank disputed the pledge charge after the survey was complete. This means that you were able to submit your survey, but you did not pay for your pledge since the bank revoked the funds. If this happened to your order we sent an email with information on how to pay for your pledge. If we do not receive an email within 30 days of when we first reached out, you will forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund. 

📦 Orders that were returned to sender

If we receive an order that’s been returned to sender, we will email to let you know. That email will contain information on how to get your package sent out again. If we do not receive a response within 45 days of our initial email, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund. 

📦 Never received orders

If your order tracking email says “delivered”, but you did not receive your order, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your post office is the best chance of finding the lost order. If your local post office cannot locate your package, please email us at [email protected]

If you did not receive your package because of an address change, or because you entered the wrong address, and did not notify us of an address change, we can ship your order again, but the backer is responsible for paying a second shipping fee, per the terms and conditions of this project. If you did notify us of an address change but have not received your order, please email us at [email protected]

For any US backers who are unable to locate their package, you will have 30 days (today to June 28th, 2024) to notify us that you did not receive your package.

If you are an international backer you have 45 days to (today to July 13th, 2024) to notify us that you did not receive your package. If you fail to notify us within those timelines, that your package is missing, you will forfeit your rewards, a new package will not be sent, and you will not receive a refund, per the agreed upon terms and conditions of this project.

We are willing to work with backers however we can to help get any missing orders into your hands. If you order is missing please contact us within the timelines stated above.

📣  AOS Pins going for sale on Etsy and the B grade sale

The remaining pins from this project will eventually go up for sale on Etsy. You will have a chance to purchase these AOS pins, as well as b grades, at a discounted price. As of right now, I don't have a date for when these pins will be listed. I still need to wrap up loose ends on this project, photograph the pins, catalog and count inventory, and create the listings. I will post an update here when the AOS pins are up for sale.

What's next
If you backed the Ink & Enamel project your orders are expected to start shipping Late July to Early August. Currently that project is in production and were in the stage of just waiting for all the items to be made and shipped to us.

Hey everyone,

This post is to bring everyone up to date on the state of shipping for the All out of Spoons project.

We are now about 75% done with shipping the All out of Spoons project. Currently, 591 orders have been shipped, 30 orders are sitting by my door for the post man, and today I am packing another 50 orders. If you haven't received your order it's possible you are still in the remaining 200 orders that still need to be packed.

If you'd like to see if your order has shipped, please search your email for a tracking email from BackerKit. Once labels are printed, tracking emails are sent out. Keep in mind that if you receive a tracking email you might not see updated tracking information for 1-2 days.

At the current rate that orders are being packed, I plan to finish packing by the end of this week. Once all completed orders have been shipped I will post another update with all the information needed for the closing of the project, and ensuring you get your package.

On June 18th we'll be launching our first pride pin collection! You've all been asking for a long time for some Queer pins, and they're finally coming. As a queer person this is also a project that's been near and dear to my heart, that I've been wanting to make, and it's finally happening.

Make 100 Project
There is currently no projected date for this project yet, but it will be happening this year. A make 100 project is exactly what the title entails. I will be making exactly 100 of a limited edition pin and it will be first come first serve. This will allow me to run a small project for a very niche or special pin that I will only be making 100 copies off. Think of this pin as a larger collectible pin, less of an every day wearable pin. Keep an eye out on the Snarky Co. IG and your email, because this project will most likely launch with no warning.

Ink & Enamel - Fantasy and Romance Edition
If you liked the Ink & Enamel campaign, but you prefer your books with a dash of fantasy, does or romance, or even a bit of both, this is the project for you. This project will be filled with literary pins all about fantasy and romance. Whether you just read fantasy, or only read romance, or you like a cross between the two, there will be a pin in this project for you. There is no set date for this project yet, but the tentative timeframe is August/September 2024. When we get ready to launch this project it will be announced via email!

Hey everyone,

First, I just want to apologize again that the shipping timeline for this project has been extended so far. I expected shipping to begin last week, but it's going to begin this week. About 90% of the pins have arrived, but I am still waiting on the Chronic Badass/Babe pins, the Not Your Inspiration Pins, and The Invisible Not Imaginary pins in purple plating. (I expect the chronic badass/babe pins and not your inspiration pins to arrive this week) Unfortunately there was an issue with the purple electroplating on the Invisible not Imaginary pins, where the heat was too high and it therefore made the white enamel appear yellow. This means that those pins are currently being redone. (They did send me the damaged ones, which aren't really damaged, but just appear with a yellow tint, eventually I'll be listing those online as b grades) In the meantime while I'm waiting for those to be completed, I'll be shipping orders that don't contain that pin.

There isn't exactly an order to shipping packages, other than, everyone who completed the survey before the lockdown date goes first. Once all those orders are completed and sent out, we move on to the surveys completed after the lockdown. I am attempting to get all orders shipped within the next three weeks. 

Changing your shipping address

If you need to update your shipping address please do so ASAP by email [email protected]. Even if we begin shipping and you need to change your address, the sooner you let us know the better. Also keep in mind that if you fail to notify us of your update change, and we mail your package to the wrong address, you will be responsible for a second shipping fee to send out a new package. In most cases, when a package is sent to the wrong address they are rarely returned to sender, which means we lose money on product lost, and shipping already paid.

Hey everyone,

I received word from one of the manufacturer's that they are finished production on the AOS pins, and I am waiting for them to ship them to me. The other manufacturer is still in production (they are producing more of the designs) but they expect to finish production soon. I am expecting shipping to start within 2-3 weeks. Which means now is the time to update your shipping address if you need to!

If you need to update your shipping address please email [email protected] and we can manually update your shipping address from our end.

We are now almost in the last 24 hours of the Ink & Enamel campaign. If you like books and reading you should check out this campaign! 

Keep in mind that previous backers receive a free set of mini board filler pins with their Ink & Enamel pledge, just by being backers of the AOS campaign, or any other previous campaign.

While there will be a pre-order store for the Ink & Enamel pins, keep in mind that backers get free items that pre-orders do not.
