I wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologize for the delay in sending out the surveys for the Firmly Grasp It campaign.

December threw a few unexpected hurdles my way. My computer broke and had to be sent away for nearly two weeks for repairs, and I unfortunately ended the month with norovirus, which completely knocked me out. I wanted to provide some context around the delay and an update on next steps.

The good news is that I’m spending the next two days finalizing all survey details, items, inventory, and add-ons, and I plan to send surveys out by the end of this week, or no later than next Monday.

I also want to reassure you that production is already underway with my manufacturers, so we are still on track for a late March / early April 2026 shipping window.

I’m incredibly grateful for your understanding and continued support. Thank you for sticking with me — I’m so excited to get the surveys into your hands and keep everything moving forward.

 I wanted to share a quick update on the timing of the Firmly Grasp It backer surveys.

Surveys are running a bit later than originally planned for a couple of reasons. First, I had been waiting on grip base color samples from a manufacturer so I could check their quality before offering additional base color options. Unfortunately, that shipment was lost in the mail, and the follow-up from the manufacturer wasn’t ideal, so I’ve decided not to move forward with them.

Second, my computer unexpectedly broke 💻🫠 and has been in repair for nearly two weeks. This has temporarily prevented me from working on both the surveys and the manufacturing files for the grips.

At this point, I don’t expect surveys to go out until after the holidays. With Christmas right around the corner, I know everyone is busy with last-minute prep (myself included), and I don’t want surveys getting lost or forgotten in the end-of-year chaos and emails.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding — I truly appreciate it. I’ll share another update as soon as I have a firm timeline for survey release. 💛

Hey everyone,

This is a quick update to let you know that surveys will be delayed. I had planned to send them out this week, but I’m currently waiting on a shipment of grip base samples from one of my manufacturers. These bases come in several color options, and I want to inspect the quality in person before finalizing choices.

If the samples meet my standards, I’ll be able to offer additional base color options beyond the clear base originally planned. I’ll send another update as soon as I have the samples in hand and can confirm what will be available.

If the charge is still unsuccessful after those attempts, you will be able to make up the failed pledge amount directly in your survey when it is sent out.
