This is an update to let you know that since this project has completed shipping, it is now closing. Below I've pasted a previous update that contains all information and deadlines for never received packages, returned packages, or unfinished surveys.
Final shipping update, originally posted March 4th
This is a final shipping update to give you all the information about shipping and your order. Shipping for this project was completed yesterday and those orders will be going to the post office today. If you did not receive your order yet, please check for a tracking email from BackerKit. If your order was packed this week, you’ll notice that your pins are on older backing cards from a previous campaign. We ran out of our regular backing cards, and instead of having you wait, and since most people throw backing cards away, we shipped them on the older cards.

Incomplete Surveys
There are eight backers who paid for their pledge, but did not complete their survey, or complete the shipping payment. If you’re one of these backers, you have 30 days from today (May 4th, 2023) to fill out your survey and pay for shipping. If you do not complete your survey within the 30 days, per the terms and conditions of this project, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
Charge Disputed
There are a few backers who completed their survey, but their bank disputed the pledge charge after the survey was complete. This means that you were able to submit your survey, but you did not pay for your pledge since the bank revoked the funds. If this happened to your order we sent an email with information on how to pay for your pledge. If we do not receive an email within 30 days of when we first reached out, you will forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
Fresh Pins and Unicorn Pins
We currently have an order of Fresh pins and Unicorn pins on backorder from the manufacturer. We used to manufacture these pins with another factory, but we were unhappy with the quality of the latest order, so we switched the manufacturer and are waiting for that order. If your order contained a fresh pin or a unicorn pin, and was packed this week, you’ll notice these pins are missing from your order. We did not want you to wait for your order, so we shipped all other items. When the fresh pins and the unicorn pins arrive we will ship them separately. If you do not want to wait for the Fresh pin to be shipped, you can email us at [email protected] and we can let you know how you can get a refund for that pin.
Orders that were returned to sender
If we receive an order that’s been returned to sender, we will email you to let you know. That email will contain information on how to get your package. If we do not receive a response within 45 days of our initial email, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
Never received orders
If your order tracking email says “delivered”, but you did not receive your order, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your post office is the best chance of finding the lost order. If your local post office cannot locate your package, please email us at [email protected]
If you did not receive your package because of an address change, or because you entered the wrong address, and did not notify us of an address change, we can ship your order again, but the backer is responsible for paying a second shipping fee. If you did notify us of an address change but have not received your order, please email us at [email protected]

There are only about 100 orders left to ship on this project, so we're almost there. I recently had a realization about my email inbox that had me feeling kind of dumb. My email account for order inquiries was on the sent inbox, so every time I refreshed it I saw no new emails. I did think it was weird that I didn't have any emails, but at the same time that inbox doesn't get alot of action. I did realize today that it was on the wrong tab, so I clicked on the inbox tab and had about 12 unanswered emails since February. If you sent me an email and did not get a response, please check your inbox now, as I've replied to all those emails. If you emailed me about an address change or an order update, there should now be a response in your inbox. If you emailed BackerKit's support, please email me directly instead at [email protected].

I'm just dropping by with a shipping update for the Pretty Petty Campaign. Shipping for this campaign is 50% done. I just received the last batch of pins from the manufacturer last week, and I'm packing orders every day. I expect to have shipping complete in two weeks time. If you do not have a tracking email then your order is probably in the remaining unshipped orders, and will be coming soon. The It's You pins were the pins that had the manufacturing error, and so they had to be redone. They will hopefully be done next week.
