Hey all,

A quick but important update as we get ready for surveys to roll out — please take a moment to read through this so your order goes through smoothly!

This campaign ends on Tuesday and you will be charged shortly after it ends.

Once the market ends, your pledge will be charged shortly after. If your charge is successful, your order will be immediately imported into the pledge manager — this is where surveys are handled, where we can review your order, and where we manage everything for packing and fulfillment.

Here’s the important part:

 If your pledge charge fails, BackerKit will automatically keep trying over the next few days. However, BackerKit will not import your order into the pledge manager for two full weeks if the initial charge doesn’t go through.

That import delay means we won’t be able to see your order or pack it for two weeks, so a failed charge may push back your shipping timeline.

Just a heads up — only bundles, stickers, and mystery pins will appear as add-ons inside your survey.

If you want any of the individual pins that were available on the campaign page, you must grab them through your original pledge before the campaign closes. They will not appear in your survey later. These pins are limited due to inventory reasons.

I’ve added several new sticker designs that you’ll find inside your survey when you fill it out.
They won’t be listed on the campaign page — they’ll only show up in the survey add-ons section. The reason they won't be available on the campaign page is because I've already generated the pledge manager to be able to fill in all the relevant information.
