🍃 Failed Payments & Pledges

Payments have been processed, but 7 pledges have failed. If your payment didn't go through, Backerkit will send you an email with instructions. You can also check your Backerkit account dashboard to update your payment details. Backerkit will attempt to charge you again automatically.

A wonderful suggestion was brought to our attention regarding the Shop Banner—and we absolutely love it!

Becoming a shop owner in Apotheca is a journey of creativity and self-expression, shaped by language, culture, and personal vision. To honor this, we’ve created the Universal Shop Banner, allowing every Apotheca member to name their shop in the language and style of their choice.

We all come from different corners of the world, and that diversity is a treasure worth celebrating. ✨

Important: Your shipping addresses will be locked once your orders are ready to ship. Please fill out your survey as soon as you receive it, even if you anticipate an address change. Don’t worry—I'll send reminders as we get closer to fulfillment.
