The day has come: fulfilment for the project is officially COMPLETE!
Last night the Shard team send the VTT keys (more on this below), completing the digital side of things.

I'm incredibly grateful to you all for the support you gave me throughout this process!
I know most of you have received your packages, and your files, by now and I hope you're enjoy them.
If you're having any issues, please do not hesitate to contact me (but check below in case I cover your problem in the following paragraphs).

As of July 24th, all packages have been sent out. If you haven't received yours yet, it might take a couple more weeks (especially if you're not in the US). All orders have been given tracking numbers, so you should be able to find it in your shipping details or you should have received an email by the courier or BlackBox (fulfilment company). If that isn't the case, you can and I'll do my best to help.

Keys for Foundry and Alchemy have been sent to backers who pledged for a VTT bundle through the BackerKit Digital Download system.

For the Shard users, they have been sent to each backer DIRECTLY via email. So check your inbox for an email from "[email protected]" to get your Shard keys.

Another quick update to let you all know that Alchemy VTT Keys have just been sent to those of you who pledged for the VTT Bundle (or that had the VTT Bundle included in their order in general).

When you get your code, you can plug it into the REDEEM CODE button on the Alchemy Marketplace (it should be on the top right corner): app.alchemyrpg.com/marketplace
That screen will look like this:

As a reminder, the Foundry Keys have been sent on July 29th, so check your inbox or your Digital Rewards section if you've missed it (instructions on how to get digital rewards are below).

FOUNDRY: You should have received an email from me through BackerKit with your Digital Download link. You can find the instructions on accessing your Digital Downloads below, while HERE you can see find Foundry's FAQs on how to activate the key you will receive.

I'm waiting for confirmation from Shard, as I'm not sure if they've sent you the keys or not yet. I will post another update when I hear from them.

I've never sent codes through BackerKit, and I'm following their instructions, so hopefully it works fine. If it does't, please leave a comment or contact me.

Click on the "Get Your Digital Rewards" button, and you should be able to access the files.

Unfortunately Backerkit's file storage isn't unlimited. Both when it comes to the PDF and VTT keys, at some point I will have to remove them from the site. To allow everyone to download their rewards, I will keep the project opened until the end of October, but on November 1st I will have to officially close the project.
This means that you won't be able to download ANY of the digital rewards from November 1st anymore.

I will post reminders for this, but please do not wait until the last minute, or you run the risk of missing out on the products you pledged for.

Hello Adventurers!

As of July 24th, the fulfilment of physical orders is complete!
All packages have been sent: many have already arrived, but all the rest are on their way.
US backers will of course receive their quicker, as the fulfilment company ships from the States, but please be patient if your parcel hasn't arrived yet. Especially for international shipping, it might take a few more weeks, depending on what country you live in!

I have marked all completed orders as fulfilled. The only ones that aren't marked as fulfilled are the ones containing VTT modules, as I'm still waiting on the folks at Alchemy to provide me with the finished files.

The lovely folks at Foundry and Shard have been wonderful to work with and the modules are ready.
Here are the instructions on how to get and activate your keys, for those of you whose pledges included the VTT Bundle:

SHARD: In a few days, the team at Shard will send an encoded link via email to each of you, and you will be able to load that into any Shard account (could be a different email from your BackerKit account email) or create a new free Shard account to claim it. If you still haven't, you can check out Shard RIGHT HERE!

FOUNDRY: Foundry doesn't distribute on behalf of creators, but luckily they provided me with the keys to share through BackerKit's Digital Download system. Shortly after receiving this update, you will receive an email from me through BackerKit with your Digital Download link. You can find the instructions on accessing your Digital Downloads below, while HERE you can see find Foundry's FAQs on how to activate the key you will receive.

I am delighted to let you know that fulfilment has started!
I just heard from Blackbox that they've started shipping out the rewards today and they plan to have everything shipped out by the end of the week.

Last week I also sent the "Magician - Signed Limited Edition" prints. These might take a bit longer to arrive, since I had to sign and ship them personally from the UK.

Hello Adventurers!

The decks will be on their way to you all soon (more info below), so I thought I'd share a little tip to take care of your cards, and make sure they stay in perfect conditions as long as possible.

The cards are 80x120mm, the same size as those for the game Dixit.
This was an intentional choice: not only they're big enough for the art and readable text, but the fact that they're the same size of the cards of such a famous game, makes it so that there's plenty of options for protective card sleeves!

I have gathered a few options for you, so you don't have to go out of your way to find some card sleeves that fit, in case you don't have a local game store to grab some.
The links below are from Amazon (US and UK), but they should re-direct you to similar options, in case you're based in other countries. This is not sponsored by any of these brands!
The main deck contains 135 cards, while the expansions have 15 cards each, so please keep that in mind when purchasing the sleeves, as depending on what you ordered, you might need more than one packet.

One final note: I use the Sleeve Kings ones, as mentioned, and once sleeved the cards still fit perfectly in the main game box. I can't guarantee the same for the 81x122mm ones, as I have not tried them.

On Tuesday 16th, the stock has arrived to the fulfilment company, Blackbox. They've taken a couple of days to check that everything was in order and yesterday, Friday 19th of July, I received and paid the invoice for their fulfilment services.
The payment will arrive to their bank on Monday July 22nd, and once it does, they will communicate me the shipping timeline. The fulfilment manager that is working with me, told me that usually, once they receive the payment, it takes them about a week to start shipping.
So if all goes well with the bank transfer, and the payment does arrive as expected on the 22nd, Blackbox should start shipping by the following Monday, the 29th.

I will keep you all updated and confirm or provide new dates once the  payment is received and I speak to the fulfilment manager, but I wanted you to be informed that the stock has arrived and payment has been sent! 
We're closer and closer to the finish line! :)

I'm attending Gen Con for the first time this year! I don't have a table or a booth, but I am moderating a panel with other Critical Role artists on the Saturday (it's sold out, but you can check the info here),  and I will be hosting my Meet & Greet on Sunday!
