After the campaign has completed, and we have met ( or hopefully surpassed our goals) a survey will be sent to your email. From that survey you will be able to choose your dragon/ design. You can pledge for more items while the campaign is active, as well as, when you are completing the survey post campaign. If you only pledged via the preorder store, you will not receive a survey as you will already be choosing your designs at checkout.

The dragons weight approximately 2 lbs and are approximately 22 inches from head to toe. The dozelings weigh approximately 8 oz and are approximately 6 inches long. So if you put a dozeling in a dragons pocket it would be about 2.5 lbs of weighted wonderfulness.

Surveys are sent after the campaign has ended. Surveys do not come out instantly after the campaign has ended. They are sent out in batches. However, we will make a update when surveys are coming out.

Astoria Kingdom Dragons are made of super-soft faux rabbit fur fabric! The Dozelings are made of faux fur fabric. All plushies are made out of all brand new materials.

If you order from the campaign and then separately via the pre order store. Those will be two separate orders and will be shipped separately. So if you want everything to arrive together in one box best to order all in the campaign.

We anticipate being able to begin shipping by November/December 2026, but we will provide shipping and production updates as we move through the process. All orders will come with tracking. Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also confirm this information in your BackerKit account. Please note shipments will be done in batches, we go off a total list vs. a "first to pledge system". Reminder: International orders may be split and shipped in multiple packages.

Our available shipping methods have strict dimensional limits -- prices increase dramatically when these limits are passed. International pledges may be split and shipped into multiple packages to mitigate these high prices. Packages that cross international borders are subject to duty tax assessment. BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
