Due to some previously solved issues with payment I missed the initial fulfillment months ago but since then I've not received any updates and still don't have the books/rewards. I've tried emailing both Backerkit and Exalted several times over many months where I've either received "We'll get back to you" from the former and silence from the latter. What is the best way to get a response from support? I'm still hyped to received the items and it's a shame it's taken so long at this point.

I've tried reaching out to support multiple times now and haven't gotten an actual update aside from "we'll reach out to our shipping partners". Aftership shows it being "In Transit" for 41 days. Any updates or help would be greatly appreciated.

I received ny box set some time ago but didn't notice the box was damaged. I took out the shirt, softcovers, etc. and only removed some of the hardcovers while the box was situated on top of the bubble wrap and then put them back. When I finally got around to making space for it on a shelf (I also wanted to store the meeples,) I noticed the upper left corner was broken and dinged. 😪 I'm very careful with my books and even buy extra copies sometimes for things I end up traveling with. I was hoping this would be pretty pristine right out of the shipping box at least. This is something I would hope to keep in good shape for years. Is there a way to replace the box? I'm pretty bummed out about this. I can provide pictures. I only realized today or I would have reported it sooner. I've been reading the Rickety Stitch books and hadn't really looked at much else as I'm not ready to run it yet. Thanks.
