Loui is a French-Ghanaian manga creator based in Toulouse, France. After discovering manga through One Piece in West Africa, Loui studied the art of manga in Japan then moved to France in 2015. He then self-published short stories before launching RED FLOWER, which draws inspiration from West African folktales.
