PLEASE NOTE: Freebie pins are NOT YET PRODUCED - they will be going into production ASAP, to ensure they arrive in time for shipping (ideally this week, once I have a good idea of numbers needed for fulfillment & extras), however, if there are issues with production or quality, the timeline on receiving these may shift!!

Some plushies and a few items are limited in quantity; these will be available ONLY via the post-campaign survey, and will be first come, first serve; this means, if you really want a specific item, if you get your survey in ASAP, you will have a much higher chance to snag that item before it goes out of stock. I will be doing something a little differently this campaign as well - featuring a special guest artist! Cloe of Chocolat Chaud was gracious enough to send me some of her items to offer for you all to pledge for as well. This campaign will run from June 29th until July .
June 30th, 10:00 AM PST - Campaign Starts July 14th, 5:00 PM PST - Campaign Ends, initial card charge July 28th - Surveys Sent, cards charged for shipping & any additional add-on items as they are filled out. July 28th* - Funds received. July 30rd* Onward - orders shipped. If you ordered Pride Planet Parade items, your orders will be slotted to ship last. My goal is to have ALL orders out to folks by the middle of August.
*While this campaign is a little different from the usual setup, these time frames are still just estimates and are subject to change based upon outside factors. I will communicate any major delays as is necessary. If funds are deposited sooner than the 23rd, I will begin shipping then. Orders will be packaged and prepped for me to purchase shipping and label them all before this date.
Because the freebie pins are going into production shortly AFTER launch, there is a chance things will be delayed due to high flaw rate, production issues, or other fulfillment problems. I will do my best to communicate these problems with you all as they arise, and adjust my timelines accordingly.
SHIPPING
See the chart below for estimated minimum shipping costs - keep in mind that these are only potential estimates, and not a guarantee, and are likely to increase rather than decrease. Shipping costs are charged after surveys are sent out and I have gathered your address, in the post-campaign survey. I will be charging cards immediately once your survey is completed.
You will have the opportunity to add on extra items in your post campaign survey. Add on items may come with additional shipping costs depending on the final weight of your order.
I will be shipping all orders through USPS Ground Advantage, or, if you have an exceptionally large order, potentially UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Only UK orders greater than 135£ will be fulfilled. All others under this amount must be refunded due to VAT law. This allows me to ship your order without needing to calculate and pre-pay VAT prior to your package shipping. This does leave you responsible for paying customs/VAT upon receipt of your package.
Keep in mind that Pay Over Time orders will NOT SHIP until all payments have been completed, which can take up to 4 months.
If your pledge is over $150, after you select a pledge and go to Checkout, you'll be given the option to pay 4 equal interest-free monthly installments of your pledge total over the course of 4 months.
If you select Pay Over Time, you acknowledge that:
Your rewards will not qualify for shipment until you have paid in full. Pay over time typically takes 16 weeks, depending on the service (1 monthly payment); please keep this in mind if you plan to order something through this campaign to have in-hand ASAP. If you do not have a specific timeline, then this should not affect you.
You understand that any partial payments made are not eligible for a refund.
You understand that you will not be able to access the pledge manager survey until after you have paid in full.
EARLY BIRD, PRE-LAUNCH FOLLOWER & RETURNING BACKERS
All early bird backers are those who back within the first 48 hours of the campaign. They will receive a campaign-exclusive postcard sized print!
If you cancel your pledge and later re-pledge, you will not lose your early bird status.
Those who followed the project pre-launch & pledge to a physical item will receive a mystery pack of stickers
Returning backers will receive a mystery 2-pack of b-grade pins
PRODUCT PHOTOS
All product photos are done in the clearest, brightest environments to ensure colors are as true-to-life as possible. Despite this, colors vary from screen-to-screen, and may differ based on what the real-life item looks like. Please keep this in mind if specific colors are important!
PRODUCTION
Some plushies may need to be finished and/or fully made depending on complexity (smaller items like keychains can be made quickly post-campaign). Please be aware that pledging to plushies may result in your package needing to be sent out at the end of the shipment queue.
In regards to items that need to be manufactured, those will not be available to be reproduced (unless I had already planned to do so) and will be refunded, minus any fees; these items will be clearly marked as limited, with a note that anyone who pledges over the allotted amount will be refunded minus fees.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Chronic cancellations will result in being barred from future pledges on my campaigns.
If you do not fill out your survey within 60 days of receiving it, your pledge will be assumed as a donation.
If a chargeback is filed and the name matches the individual filing the chargeback, you will not be accepted as a backer for any future projects, and may be barred from purchasing items in my storefront.
If you pledge to a custom tier which requires input from you at any point post-campaign, similar to not filling out a survey, if within 60 days post-campaign you do not respond to requests for information, photos, etc. for the custom item, that portion of your pledge will be considered a donation.
PIN GRADING
My pins come in 2 grades - A/Standard grade, and seconds/B grade
A/Standard Grade pins have a few extremely minor flaws that can be seen up close, but flaws cannot be distinguished from 2+ feet away. Those flaws may include low enamel, specks or scratches in enamel, specks or scratches in the metal plating, slightly miscolored enamel, slightly flawed printing, and the like. These pins are ideal for display where they may be open to the elements (on an uncovered ita bag, a backpack, a lanyard, a lapel or other clothing item, etc.)
Seconds grade pins are ones with noticeable flaws even at a distance. These may include flaws like holes/craters in the enamel (caused by bubbles that were polished down), large or dark specks in the enamel or metal, very significantly low or missing enamel, smeared or very uneven printing, overflowed enamel, really deep scratches in the enamel, visible metal behind glitter. When I sell seconds grade pins at conventions, people usually do not care about the flaws and happily purchase them anyway. These pins are a good option for someone on a budget who still wants to add to their pin collection and may not care about imperfections and larger flaws.
By collecting your pledge at the end of this campaign, it is assumed that you have read and fully understood everything outlined above, including any risks associated with the process, policies, conditions and estimated timelines.
I decided to add this a little last minute, but I want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who has chosen to support me - be it for the first time through this campaign, or for the 9th time through every campaign, and every amount in between. My ability to keep up with the ideas coming from my head has never really been that great, and my ability to keep on top of my mounting health issues continues to decline; even so, you all have continued to come back and support me time and time again, often times no matter what the theme is, or how whacky and all over the place the pin designs are thematically.
It is thanks to your support, patience, kindness, and encouragement that I continue to want to create - that I know I can keep on making art that makes ME happy, not just art that will please the masses at the conventions I sell at for my living. I know that I may not deliver the flashiest packages in the most timely manner, but know that every single one that gets sent out is filled to the brim with my gratitude and appreciation for each and every one of you.
I may be taking an extended break from new designs for a while (although with the 4 campaigns I'm still waiting for pins and merchandise for to fulfill, it might not be that extended...) but I will be back with some fun new ideas next year, and I really hope you all will come along to see what I come up with <3
