I meant to address this individually in packages but completely blanked in my rush to get them out - I handed Midnight Springs' and Cryptic Compendium's pins off to them, mistakenly leaving the ENTIRE batch with them vs just the leftovers (so I could send all pins together to those who qualified).

Therefore, in my packages youll receive my pin, Waxwing Cedrorum's, and Chocolat Chaud's; the other two will come in your combined shipping package from Midnight Springs and Cryptic Compendium. Apologies for this mishap - you WILL be getting all the pins, rest assured, but just at a more staggered rate.  

Hello everyone!

I will be getting the vast majority of remaining orders out tomorrow & Saturday!

The orders remaining contain one or multiple of the following pins:

Frederico Froggy
Chrome Sparkle Potion Pin Set
White Hat Cat
White Stretching Kitty
Rainbow Witch Hat

I realized while packing all the remaining orders as much as I can that some of (or all of) y'all might be totally fine with the rainbow witch hat, chrome sparkle pin set, and one or both cats as they are - regarding the chrome pin set, the reason I am getting it remade is...well...it's not chrome. But you might be ok with that! The rainbow witch hat glitter is not at all how it should be, but is the same as the potions - y'all might be totally fine with it (I believe some said they were anyway lol).

The kitties do ALL have some level of darker specks of glitter in them - however about ⅓ to half of the pins, at an arms length (which is typically how I grade pins) it's not really visible. The only reason I didn't stick to that grading mechanic is just because it was SO frustrating to have literally every single pin have some sort of flaw like that.

Unfortunately I was NOT sent the correct amount of the froggy pins (along with them being the incorrect size) and while I was able to fulfill some orders with the ones I had for those who were okay with it, but have reached a point of b-grades only. Since those are also being remade and I don't have enough even to fulfill orders, anyone remaining with a Frederico Froggy pin will have to wait until those come in. 

I will be sending an e-mail to everyone who has ordered either cat, rainbow hat, or chrome sparkle, however, with photos and video of the pins - PLEASE respond if you are okay or not okay with receiving these pins as they are, so that you can receive your orders sooner than later. The manu is STILL dragging their feet, and with it being CNY and many factories being closed, I don't anticipate hearing back from them for several weeks (despite being told pins would be done on time...). 

If I don't hear back from you I will assume you would rather wait, and will hold your package for the time being!

Some of you have ordered a LOT of other pins, as well - so for those of you with large orders, or who have combined Popsicle Panic shipments, I may go ahead and send your rewards in two shipments, covering the 2nd shipping cost myself. I am doing this partially so ease my own mind and get those items to you sooner, but it is depending on whether or not you have a lot of other items being held back by remake pins. I will reach out to these folks individually to let you know what's going on!

Thank you all so much for sticking with me through this all. This is unfortunately becoming a more common issue with manufacturers, but I hope that I can slog through the few dozen I've interacted with over the last 2 years to find those who will at least work at a reasonable pace and communicate a bit better!

The first shipment has been sent out as of Thursday - I will be trying to get one shipment out a week until I've run out of packages to send; the only orders I will be unable to completely fulfill are those who will be missing pin remakes I am waiting on; I unfortunately do NOT have enough to fulfill frederico frog, because they only gave me 26 instead of the 50 I ordered and maybe half of those are standard grade (AND are they wrong size, ANYWAY...) and both white hat cat and the white stretching kitty are being remade, along with the rainbow hat. 

I HAVE paid for the remakes; I will be bothering the rep DAILY for updates, and to ensure that they make things properly but also asap so I can close this project out. I should be able to fulfill all except about 25-30 orders which is a little under half of remaining ones; way more than I was hoping to have left, but I don't want to give anyone shoddy work :(

Hello folks - as I work with my 2nd manu to remake/fix the pins with issues, I will begin fulfilling what orders I'm able to - shipping should begin in early January, but I plan to begin packing orders starting next week.

If you qualify for the bat pins, I have added them to your cart - ALL of them will be coming from me. We ultimately went with my first manu for getting them made, and to make life easier, I will be sending the freebies out together, then shipping or handing off whatever is left to each person the design belongs to :)
