Project Update: FAQ, production updates AND Please fill out your survey!
Good morning everyone!
Surveys have been sent out and you've done a great job filling them out!
If you havent yet, please make sure you fill out your surveys so i can start production as soon as possible and start getting all your amazing rewards produced! I cant wait to see them, and i'm sure you're just as excited as i am! =D
Here are answers to a few questions i've gotten:
Q: Where are we with production?
All of the production files are ready, and i will be sending them off as soon as we hit 80% survey completion- this is the point where i feel confident i can predict total numbers of pins to order.
Q: Are you gonna have pins available after the campaign is fulfilled?
There will be very few pins available for purchase after the campaign ends, so if you want a design, make sure you grab it now! For more popular campaigns i usually make sure i have stock, but its been very hard to promote these items because of their theme, so i will not have as many as usual.
Q:My payment hasnt been taken yet?
If you paid via paypal, your payment has already gone through. If you used other methods of payment, you card will be charged automatically in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Q: What happens if i cant pay when backerkit tries to charge my card?
If your payment fails, dont worry- Backerkit will try automatically a few more times until the pledges are completely fulfilled!
Q: i didnt receive the email to the pledge manager, HELP!
