Regarding Surveys...
If you've yet to complete your survey/fix your payment information, please do so by Sunday, September 28th, 2025, at noon MST. As stated in the campaign and previous updates, if you do not do your part to submit your survey or fix payment information, your pledge will be considered a donation and I will not issue refunds or fulfill the items. This is a final call for surveys, as the deadline to complete them was the beginning of April. I will be closing this project after that point to prepare for future endeavors!

Addresses are LOCKED! Fulfillment is currently underway, however I have come across a slight delay in the process. It's a somewhat quick 'n easy fix, I'm just awaiting some more packing materials. This summer has been absolutely packed, but I was able to sneak away for a few minutes to grab a quick photo of the pins y'all haven't seen yet! The field notes pin, as well as the stickers, have all been shown in prior updates already. It's about time I show you how the core set of pins turned out! The photo doesn't even begin to do them justice, but I hope y'all are so excited to get your goodies! This project is almost done, and I'm already looking forward to future ones!

I am delighted to share that ALL of the pins, stickers, and keychains are in-hand and have all been graded and accounted for! I placed the order for these at the start of April, as soon as I had locked surveys and charged cards. They look absolutely stellar, and I'll share plenty of photos soon! I'm so happy everything made it into my hands safe and sound. Having graded everything, it all looks to be in order and the quality has far exceeded my expectations!
I want to thank you all for your kindness, for your patience, for supporting this absolutely incredible project alongside so many others. It's my first large-scale enamel pin project and I am absolutely blown away by how fun it has been.

As far as the timeline goes, I really appreciate all of the folks here who have been so patient with me while I get things together for this update and prepare to fulfill all of these pins! I anticipate that all orders will be shipped out by August 8th. It gives me two weeks to fulfill all of the pledges, which is so do-able with my household full of folks willing to help out. It's possible that it won't take me that long, but I included a few day buffer just in case.
I'll be sharing photos in my next update, which will be posted right around the time I lock addresses!
In 48hrs (10am Mountain Time on Saturday, April 5th, 2025), I will lock surveys, charge cards, and start production of the pins! It's been two weeks since I've sent surveys out and, in the first 72hrs, there were over 80% of them completed and submitted! Thank you all so much for being on top of things, that's absolutely incredible.
A side note: While order choices are locking down, addresses are NOT locking until fulfillment begins.
I have now said this across the last three updates, but there are still 14 surveys that haven't been filled out and submitted, so I'll say it again... A VERY IMPORTANT REMINDER that, if you do not complete your surveys, I CANNOT ship your items to you. If you complete the survey late (after production has begun), you risk missing out on your preferred rewards. Late survey rewards will be subject to availability, and without guarantees. You must fill out your survey to completion & submit it in order for it to count.

Now that the surveys have gone out 'n been announced, I have something else to share! In my last update, I promised to share photos of the stickers! They came out exactly how I'd hoped they would, and I just love them all so much. I can't even begin to pick a favorite.
