When are surveys coming out?
Hi friends,
Thank you all for your patience.
I want to let you know that for the Everyday Sharks Enamel Pins campaign surveys, I am aiming to send them out by the end of this week if all goes smoothly.
I've decided to be safe, to wait till after May 3rd to build the survey...

Once the surveys are locked, we'll go ahead and charge your cards on file to collect the funds for the Add-Ons, Shipping (and sales tax if you're in Canada).
Our next major update will be when we're ready to ship the rewards.
If you have any address changes between now and when we'll ship, you can update your shipping address in your survey anytime.
We're only locking the item counts at this time.
If you haven't filled out your survey yet, please get those completed at your earliest convenience.
There are only 17 surveys left that we are waiting to be completed. 😄

Project Update: Surveys are coming!
Hi friends,
We've completed building our Survey and Add-On shop.
It took a bit longer as our Add-On shop is very extensive (500+ items!) and there were many things to update since it's been awhile since we've worked in BackerKit's Pledge Manager.
Now that it's done and have received BackerKit's approval.
We've sent out the smoke test surveys today to make sure Surveys and Add-On shop are running fine.
Once the smoke test is completed and there are no issues, we can send out all the Surveys in the next day or so.
Please keep an eye out on your inbox in case you already received a Survey (you were randomly selected in the smoke test!) or in the next day or so for your Survey.
In the Survey, you'll be able to choose which designs you want, fill in your shipping information, and pledge for any other items in our Add-On shop you like.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to us or BackerKit support for any questions or help!
