We're going to start fulfillment this week, ahead of schedule.
Because this was a much smaller project than other ones we had in the past, we were able to receive our pins much earlier than expected.

We've sent out the final lock shipping address notifications and we'll be shipping over the course of the next 2-3 weeks as we quality inspect the pins needed for fulfillment.

Our intention is to fulfill Backers Rewards ASAP because of the ongoing tariffs and uncertainty for the de minimis exemption in the USA (no customs duties for shipments under $800 USD). Just in case there are any sudden changes to the de minimis exemption again. We want to minimize the odds of Backers being impacted by any possible duties charges for their BackerKit Rewards because we are shipping from Canada.

For the Cross-Collab Project Pin, my Cross-Collab partner Leia will be fulfilling our freebie Cross-Collab Pin when she ships out your rewards. Normally, I would fulfill our own Cross-Collab Pin, but because of the special circumstances with the tariffs, de minimis and customs rules for the USA. We decided that having our Cross-Collab Pin rewards fulfilled by Leia would be the best approach to minimize the impact of the tariffs and any sudden changes to de minimis for Backers.
