There's quite a large amount of pledges that had an issue with processing the payment, so please check to make sure that yours is ok! This helps me send the surveys faster, and will also be very appreciated because while I'm still offering all pins as options minus the bleeding heart dove and shimaenaga, the errored payments do bump things below some of the goals that were reached
One last update before the project wraps up- I've added two more goals, who knows how things will go in these last hours but they're there anyway! The two added to the flock are the bleeding heart dove and shimaenaga. I'll be doing a part 2 project sometime down the line but we'll see how that goes

Alright so, the poll I did showed that more people are into the zesty crest
However, I'm a little worm and I decided to edit it further. I am so indecisive, but I think this is a good middle ground while being much more cohesive with the rest of the pins! With the super zesty crest it was cute and full of attitude but I felt it looked a bit like an odd one out in the lineup, and I really did look how dumb and dunce-hatty the original crest looked
The original crest was using the same one as the cardinal but it just wasn't right to me. Cardinals have those dumb pointy crests, but while cockatiel crests can go sky high, they have that sassy little swoop.
And thus- Here's cockatiel 3.0! I hope this is ok with everyone...

Just two more little guys to go! I truly didn't expect to get to half the birds and we're already almost at the gosh danged boobie. I'm going to go through the list of birbs everyone requested and see what else I can get done, I'm waiting for my new tablet pen to come in since my old one just decided it no longer had a will to live.
I really want to do the ground-dwelling birds but they'll all need a new shape and I feel roundness is the key here rather than cohesiveness with the spread wing birds. I'll figure out what I can do to make them look nice with the rest of the birds. I like things to be incredibly matchy-matchy so it's killing me to make an entirely new shape but I just feel like ROUNDNESS will be a much better celebration of the ground-dwelling birds, I'll figure out something I'm happy with!
Also to confirm- yes the blue jay has been unlocked! I messed up and had two tufties on the goal chart and no blue jay
Also also- I realized fully yellow cockatiels aren't a thing unless they have liver issues. So I replaced that one with a white-headed tiel. HOWEVER if you were super into the yellow tiel do let me know! I feel bad taking away an option but it wasn't bird lore accurate...
I also need some crowd consensus on tiel crests. Please check out the poll at the bottom of this post to vote for which crest is best!
