Hello! I am very sorry for the delay in getting the surveys out. I had a family emergency and a trip that just delayed everything. But surveys will be going out later this week hopefully Thursday! So please keep an eye out there. 

Surveys will not remain open for long as I need to the final counts to get the bulk order sent off to my manufacturer. 
So surveys will be locking September 30th, hopefully that is ample time to get it all filled out!
