Today we finished packing the last of the outstanding orders with completed surveys! YAY!

If you haven't received a survey, please contact us ASAP so we can get that out to you!  You can email us at [email protected]  You can also comment here or fill out a support ticket, but the direct email is the fastest way to get us to see your message.  If you forgot to fill it out, please go ahead and do so.  

If you got your order and need assistance, please feel free to email us as well.

Just a quick update!  We checked our bank account and looks like Stripe processed payments!  We have gone ahead and sent surveys.

We will now be busy working on packing everything up and shipping it out!  If you have questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.  We will try to ship the furthest away packages first in hopes of a Christmas arrival.

Wow!  This project far exceeded our expectations!  Thank you for all the love and support you have shown in just two weeks!  We thought there would be like ... ten people. 

This past week, we have been busy setting up surveys for everyone's orders.  This step is now complete, and we are waiting for Backerkit's review. 

Once the review is complete, we can start sending out surveys. 

We will make an additional announcement when surveys are released.  A random selection of people will receive their surveys early when we run a smoke test. Please proceed with filling these out so we can catch any issues.

As a reminder, a survey does not equal immediate shipping.  We need to wait for the funds to arrive in our bank account before we can ship anything.  Funds should clear by December 15th.  We will immediately start shipping completed surveys at that point.  So a reminder, shipping should start December 15th, unless funds are released sooner.   

In case of any item shortages, we will fulfill items from the higher tiers downward. More people were interested in this campaign than we expected, so it is possible some colors of the white Queenie fox especially will run out. We don't really expect to run out of stock, however, if this does happen, we will contact everyone affected. We hope there will be enough numbers to go around. We won't know if there's a shortage until survey responses arrive. 

We really didn't expect to receive so many orders!  Thank you again for loving all our foxes.

Yay it's a sticker pile! All physical orders will receive one full set of five stickers! We are excited this has been unlocked! c: The stickers are very sparkly and pretty!

Thank you for the funding, we are very appreciative! There's not really more to unlock or give away because everything has to be ready to ship immediately BUT-

If we get to 10k we would like to start prototyping Chrysanthemum Queenie! She can't be a part of this campaign, but we could at least fund her creation so that she can appear at conventions and on our website.
