Project Update: Failed pledges and Survery updates
Hey again fellow cat lovers!
I've gotten all of my smoke test surveys back and they all look great! So what's happening now?
Fist I wanted to send out another reminder to check that your payments have gone through. There are still failed payments and those who don't fix them can't get rewards! If your payment hasn't gone through, you should have been sent an email with steps on how to fix it. Please check your spam folders too!

- PLEASE fill them out ASAP
- A reminder that the SURVEYS ARE MANDATORY!! These are how I collect the information I need to send you the rewards you want AND it's where I get your shipping information!! Without any of this information I canNOT send you your rewards.
- Anyone who fails to fill out the survey by the completion date will forfeit their rewards with no refund!
- As an added reminder, Shipping will be charged separately after you've completed the survey. This means you will have been charged for your pledge first AND THEN CHARGED AGAIN for shipping. The estimated shipping costs are in the original campaign, so please refer to that for and estimate.
I'll be sending out the surveys a bit later today so keep an eye out in both your regular email AND your spam folders. If you have any questions or concerns please drop a comment and I'll do my best to help!!
