Sending out a little update for Surveys!

The smoke tests went out late on Thursday and the ones that I've gotten back so far are looking correct. I'm still waiting on a few more, so please be sure to check your spam folders and junk email's just in case!
I'll be out for the majority of today doing irl life stuff so I'll probably send out the rest of the surveys on Sunday. Unless I find some major issue that needs to be fixed, which doesn't look likely.

PLEASE keep an eye out for the surveys over the next few days as I can't stress enough how important they are!! Fill them out ASAP. The sooner those are filled out, the sooner I can get my manufactures the go ahead with production, and the sooner you don't have to worry about them anymore. 

Without your survey completed I can NOT send you your rewards! 

Hello cool cats!!

Happy to report things are going pretty smoothly as I build up the survey for you all! I'm also making sure that the add on store is full of options for you to include pins from past campaigns. It's been a lot of work but that's a-ok!

Failed/errored payments
I wanted to jump in here though and let you know there are almost 20 failed/errored payments. There is still some time before I'm ready with the surveys, but I thought letting you know early would give you a better jump on fixing those! 

• So please check to see if your pledge has gone through and if it hasn't, please fix that asap. 
• If you're thinking 'I'm good I don't need to check', please do so anyway. It never hurts to be 100% sure.
• The quicker and smoother this all goes, the faster I can get those surveys out and thus get these pins off to the manufacturer! 

Hey cool cats!! 

We reached the campaign's end!! We got so close to fully funding everything, coming in just shy of unlocking the last two pins! But no worries cause I'll have those up in the pre-order shop as well as in the add-ons in your surveys when they go out. Hopefully we'll get those unlocked that way and bring our Purrmes and Pspsps into the pin collection! (I want Purrmes so bad!!) 

We also were just shy of hitting the 150 backer goal to get the freebie sticker, Garfield. But no worries, I'll have him up in the pre-order/add-ons as well. He won't be a freebie, but at least he'll be available!! 

Regardless of coming in just shy of our last goals, I still had a lot of fun with this campaign and with building Purrmess together. I can't say it enough how fun it was to do that and I already have ideas for how to do a similar thing in my next campaign! I'm already so excited to get started in planning it! 

Now moving on to important post-campaign things!

What's next?? 

• Backerkit will take the next few days to collect the funds. You'll get an email on whether your pledge was processed or not, so PLEASE make sure your payment method is up to date.
• If it wasn't, please get that corrected ASAP please and thank you! 

• Fill this out ASAP. Without the survey completed I canNOT complete your order. I need this information to send you your rewards!!
• Fill out your shipping information
• Have the chance to add more items to your order via the add-on store. 
• Shipping and any other add-ons you may want will be processed at this time. This is a separate charge from the pledge itself. 
• Those who have used Pay Over Time will receive their surveys once the balance is paid in full. 

• Backers don't visit the store! All the items will be in your survey to choose from and will save you from being charged twice on shipping. 
• Those who haven't backed yet still have the chance to do so through the pre-order store while it's open. So if you know someone who missed out or wanted to pledge, send them to the campaign page. They'll be able to get to the store from there.  

• After the surveys are all completed I can get a count of how much to order of each item. 
• I'm hoping to start ordering as soon as possible. Many manufacturers are currently on holiday. So when they're back I'll be able to start.  
• I'll get to ordering all the add-ons that still need to be made
• Once everything is in hand, then I can start shipping them to you! 
• Again, timeline can vary depending on delays and manufacturing but I'm hoping to have these sent out around June/July. 

• Once orders are locked, about 30 days after the end of the campaign, refunds will no longer be accepted. 
• Surveys that are not filled out and completed will forfeit your rewards and will not be eligible for refunds.
