They are referenced in the players guide with no information. And bonus penalty rolls. How do you identity a bonus plus and a penalty plus? Referenced in the players book and no details. The + and - discussion was confusing. Maybe it is just me. It seemed to indicate a plus increased SL, and a minus decreased the roll. Aren’t they effectively the same thing?
