Cowboys & Mutants expands on Alamex and New Rome Terrirories and untamed lands along The Nether border. This is the fourth Dystopian Dawn RPG source and adventure book in a series of six. It introduces new settlments, farms, ranches, tribes, buried ruins, and hidden fallout shelters scattered across the southwest region. It also includes new creatures, new skills, new gear, magical items, grimoires, and High-Tech Gear... along with a bucketload of adventures!
Several campaign themes with multiple interlinking arcs are included allowing the GM to customize adventures. The adventures take place across the Alamex and New Rome territories, often starting at Hellgate. It is designed for 5-7 beginning player characters (PCs) but can be played with a more experienced or larger party. The campaign is open-ended, meaning it provides a starting point and core plot hooks, but ultimately the journey is determined by the paths your group takes.
