My plan when I started this amazing journey was (and still is) simple:
Create a tabletop roleplaying game that is FUN, FLEXIBLE, CUSTOMIZABLE, and AFFORDABLE.
Create 2 Core Books with enough detail and adventure that anyone could jump on in!

Follow the core with 6 Source Adventure Books. Each book expands an area with adventure, lore, creatures, tech, magic, and new locations. Each book has a different theme and covers a new area on the map of the North America. These are more than "campaign books", they have full arcs, expansion ideas, and scenarios the GM can pull out as "one-shotters". Each book is very GM-Friendly! The intent is to give GMs a robust setting full of adventure and wonder...while still leaving room for youto make your mark on the world.

This adventure takes the characters on a wild cross-country race against monsters, death-defying feats, Raiders, blood-thirsty competitors, radiation storms, and more! Do the players have what it takes to survive and win to become the Deathrace Champions?
This book is a compilation of ALL of the new Character Creation and Rules variants introduced in the six Source Adventure Books in a "one-stop-shopping" format to make life easy on Players and GMs.
I prefer to create aCharacter & Campaign CreationReference Guideinstead of making a "Dystopian Dawn 2nd Edition". As a player, I've always hated when companies did that, so I won't do that to you! This method is more user friendly AND a LOT less expensive!
PS - NONE of the Adventure, Plots, or Sub-Plots are included - that stays in the Adventure Books.

Completely redesigned Player Character Sheets - you'll get them free and BEFORE they are available anywhere else. I'm researching print companies to create a pack similar to the games from the time before (remember the old school D&D sheet packs?!).
When they go for sale, they might be perforated, loose leaf, or in a binder... more info as I find the right publisher. Depending on timing, I might be able to offer the physical version as an Add-On.

I package everything personally and work towards the best shipping rate I can arrange for you. I've shipped MANY books from crowdfunders and my website, so I have a pretty good grasp of the process and estimated prices.
Continental US Shipping
If the pledge is only a book, I can ship it "Media Mail" at a lower rate. Larger orders are shipped "Priority Mail". A single book averages $10, while a full game set usually set fits in a large Priority Mail shipping box, larger orders, I package and still send Priority. This averages $35 to $50.
Overseas Shipping
Overseas shipping is expensive - not my fault. A full set shipped to Canada averages $75, and around $120 to Europe. It is less for smaller orders, this is just an example from recent shipments. I prefer to only ship in the US only because it gets so expensive. I will only ship outside of the US to Europe and Canada.
Digital Alternative
As shipping can get expensive, ALL of the books are available in digital pdf format.
As soon as the funds clear, I pay the artist commissions. I've worked with all of them on several projects and the turnaround is usually a week or less. The covers take about two weeks, on average, to complete.
It will take 4-6 weeks for the books to process the publisher. I order one set of each at my cost for inspection before I place a full order. The screens and other accessories take between 2-4 weeks to produce and ship.
I anticipate this timeline:
Writing, layouts, and my personal art contributions are in progress NOW
Jul-Sep Finish writing, draft layouts, and playtesting (online & conventions)
Sep-Oct Backerkit campaign finishes and as funding is collected, the Art commissions begin
Oct-Nov Art added to books, test prints ordered, edited if need be, & approved
Nov-Dec Final orders to publishers & producers
Dec - if all goes well - I sign books & start shipping to YOU - I plan to beat the holiday rush
